Although he pretended to know the degree to which that was, he knew beforehand that even in an instant he would be able to cast a genjutsu. Don’t use that, that’s not Sasuke.)

Well with the Izanagi whatever the person sees is an illusion therefore I believe that Sasuke was pierced and Danzo is just an illusion, therefore Sasuke is the only person injured.

I don’t think so since at the end of the last chapter it said that the end of the battle would be next, so I am expected someone to get wrecked by the end of this chapter with more fighting than dialogue. Unless of course the dual stabbing is the climax of the battle, then I would expect talking and an explanation of how Sasuke overcame Danzou’s broken powers with his knewly thought up crazy technique thats even twice as broken.
I think that Denzo make this Piercing thing an illusion in order to save himself and this will bring Sasuke to life or heal him. and this will restore Sasuke and Denzo Power.
Sasuke will survive since Karin is there.
Th eternal mangekyo sharingan is not that strong, Hashirama Sneju beat Madara Uchiha with the EMS.
Sasuke probably used tsukuyomi when he activated the mangenkyo sharingan. That would have caused Izanagi to instantly break it & use the last eye on Danzou’s arm.
It could be possible that Danzou used his damaged right eye for another use of Izanagi but I think that it would make more sense to have Danzou try to use his right eye sharingan against Sasuke in a last ditch effort.

you have to be born with the ability to use two elements you don’t just learn them naruto is a wind element type like sasuke is a fire and lightning type
you can use more than one element even if you werent born with them. Below is what it says on the naruto wikia:

Also, Sasuke wasnt born with two, he just mastered a second second and a third (blaze release).

If orochimaru helped danzo in research of sharingan and implanted them on danzo, why the heck did he go after sasuke, He could have implanted sharingan himself on him or may be from kabuto.

you mean like kakashi? he could do that but i guess the main reason is to get uchiha body as well, not just the sharingan. maybe sharingan will only revealed its true power if it’s used by uchiha clan.
I just thought the same thing. I think it was said somewhere in the anime that the true powers of the Sharingan could only be revealed by an Uchiha.
shharingan uses a lot of chakra when the owner isn’t an uchiha, that’s why the uchiha’s blood is necessary
i think that orochimaru wanted the sharigan, but I think he wanted Itachi’s the most, and then when sasuke came along, he couldn’t resist. Also, you need to be an uchiha to activate and deactivate the sharigan, so orochimaru also needed a living body too, but unfortunately almost all the uchihas are dead.
Another reason could be that orochimaru experimented on him, when orochimaru was still an konoha ninja, and danzo somehow found out about his experiments, but promised not to tell anyone.
Orochimaru wanted the whole body of Sasuke, with the blood and the eyes of the Uchiha. If Orochimaru simply inplanted the eyes in him he wouldnt attain like amaterasu, you need the blood and the body of an Uchiha.

1.Sasuke’s rubbish – all flashy moves with no real damage. At least naruto realised he needed to depend less on his “given powers” (kyuubi chakra) – it seems like sasuke cant even reach halfway through a fight without using his GIVEN mangekyou sharingan(people 4get it was given 2 him by itachi).
2. The show needs to go back to naruto – he needs some new jutsu. Theres nothing wrong with having a speciality (shadow clones), but it would be nice if he could do some wind style jutsu. At least Jaraiya had many types of frog jutsu. He also needs his second element. Yh I kno he has Sage Mode but without it he wouldnt be able to take shino (dont forget shino is strong) or even temari

Is it just me or does Hashirama look a little like Orochimaru in the manga?
When bankai first appeared, it was originally considered legendary (very few could achieve it, although three random people have since managed to achieve it) at the beginning of the series and the ultimate in attacks. since then it has been used too much and has taken away the excitement of seeing it. Also, bankai has been shown so many times since then to not be enough to defeat opponents. This is especially true by ichigo, whose bankai is basically useless against simple techniques like shunpo and sonida (i think thats their name). According to Toushiro, the captains (whos main difference between them and vice captains is that they have achieved and mastered bankai) should have been enough to defeat nearly any one of the espada (since a vasto lorde is as strong as a captain, the espada who are not vastro lordes should not be able to fight on an equal level as the captains. It has been shown that the only difference (i’m saying this because accomplishing bankai was considered enough for someone to become a captain (renji was worried that his achieving bankai would get the captains to force him to become one).
