After the mask changes Rukia looks at Ichigo’s eyes and wonders why they are like that.
Yammi makes fun of the comrades after being sick of how they always made fun of him.

And then he’s caught.

i think i can clear that up, aizen is the person who assigned the espadas their numbers from the basis of their strengths. ulquiorra never revealed his third form to aizen (segundo resurrcion i think he calls it) so ulquiorra was probably the strongest espada

You left out Barragan, he’s obviously a Vasto Lorde. He ruled over Hueco mundo, was human-sized, human-shaped and even had a Zanpakuto before his transformation.

I don’t get why you guys think it’s justified that Ichigo deserves his new-found power. None of the vizards have that (to our knowledge) and they’ve been training for hundreds of years. Since they will become Shinigami-like, so they have human appearance, well most of them,
Vasto Lorde on the other hand is a HOLLOW, ROUGHLY A HUMAN SIZE, APPEAR HUMANOID (HUMANOID DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN LOOKS LIKE COMPLETELY HUMAN) BUT THEY STILL HAVE THEIR MASK ON, NOT RIPPED YET LIKE ARRANCAR

that’s why Aaroniero doesn’t have human-like face, he’s a Gillian class and Gillian is the least intelligent of Menos,
he is THE ONLY GILLIAN, that’s why others have human appearance because they at least Adjuchas, which is more intelligent than Gillian and thus they have more human-like,

and that he is half human.. maybe there is some connection on being hybrid
