It's possible they're all Vasto Lorde, but for any reason you would think they are, there are just as many reasons why they can't be. We just don't know. Because the espada are pretty well finished, it makes perfect sense that there is some character whose abilities we haven't seen (Wonderweiss?) or some character who has yet to be introduced who is VL. There has to be AT LEAST one VL SOMEWHERE in the world, and he (they) will be revealed eventually. It wouldn't make sense for Kubo to be like "oh, yeah...
