Naruto probably refused to kill Nagato (Pein) because nothing pisses your enemy off better than being nice to them. Reverse Psycho FTW!
I waited for a week and for what… This Crap that is so boring. After the Talk with the Fourth Hokage which lasted about 1 chapter. I this Naruto has gone downhill even since then. Although it was awsome to see the Eight Tails. Hope it gets better within the Next week.
