Here’s my half-assed translation of the spoiler:
Tsunade on the spine, Naruto and Sasuke on the cover(confronting one another, Sasuke has lifeless eyes)
Raikage caught white zetsu by his neck and asks him where Sasuke is.
Zetsu tells him ‘It wouldn’t hurt to give you a hint I guess~’
The second he says this his neck is broken with a loud sound, is he dead?
Mizukage goes ‘Killing is off limits’
Everyone else is ordered to keep watching Hokage while others break through the wall to go look for Sasuke
Madara comes to where Naruto’s sleeping and asks him if they could talk for a while but is attacked with rasengan in return
Kakashi and Yamato make appearance and seize Madara
‘I just wanted to find out how you managed to change Nagato’s beliefs so I only came here to talk’ says Madara
Naruto tells him that it doesn’t matter and asks where Sasuke is
Madara goes ‘Fine, let’s talk about Sasuke who had fallen into darkness and about this world of shinobi, permeated with hatred and revenge’
Without any hesitation Sasuke strikes down Samurais standing in his way who’d noticed the abnormality around them
Suigetsu looking at him and goes ‘Why did you tell me not to kill, isn’t that what you’re doing now?’
Karin senses unusual ‘darkness’ and ‘coldness’ coming from Sasuke with her special ability
And then someone with insane amount of chakra appears
The chapter ends with Sasuke running into Raikage and his two underlings

Naruto 460 Trivia : The name “Haruno” means “spring field”, and “Sakura” means “cherry blossom”, which is cherished in Japan due to its beauty and almost tragically short life span (cherry blossoms have historically been associated with the samurai). In Japanese, “Haruno Sakura” (春野・桜) means “spring field of cherry blossoms”, which may be an origin of the name. I think Naruto has got the better attack-jutsus than sasuke but he is very bad illusions. He whould fall for every eye technique that Sasuke whould make. And the present from Itachi for Naruto (don’t know what he gave him) whould also don’t stop it. Itachi also fell for Sasuke’s eye technique, then Naruto should also fall for it.
I don’t think that he learnt anything about this in the sage training.
He will be lost against Sasuke without any new stuff end he won’t have anything new, when they face off.

4-Namikaze Minato also told Naruto about the masked man was behing Konoha attack16 years before.
6-Zetsu told Sasuke that Danzou isn’t friend.
7-Back on chapter 363, Pain was the Leader from the all Akatsuki – Tobi just played a part to watch everybody. he said to Pain( Yahiko ) on last page : “As you are their leader, I won’t accept failure”.
8-Danzou use the same technique like Uchiha Shisui
9-As Madara a ordinary Dojo Jutsu to control minds would be easy and probably Uchiha Shisui knowed that Techinique also.
Now think something. If Madara could play with both sides and know all steps of then ? Playing as Danzou in Konoha and playing as Tobi in Akatsuki ?
Now think about this:
“To deceive the enemy, must deceive the ally”.
Danzou and Tobi can be the same. Both can be Madara.

Suggestions:
Danzou is not Madara, He’s fooling around and is a big powerful manipulator.
Why:
-Danzou cannot control his sharingan thats y he hides it (its an implant)
-So is his right hand. I guess he got his right hand implanted from uchina shinsui so that the hand generates Uchiha Chakra for him to be able to use sharingan better.
-Sasuke is the archnemesis of Naruto and the way he is going I think he will be the next leader of Akatsuki.
-Naruto didnt get susano since Itachi used it during the battle with sasuke which happened after he met naruto but i guess the power he gave Naruto was something which may be help him to counter the basic Sharingan not a Mangekyou. However Naruto ALSO has A KEKEIGENGAI which has not been revealed yet and might make him invinsible to Sasuke.
-Killerbee is still in the picture and I guess the next manga would probably include him.
-Danzou is Tobi and is very strong ….however he needs oruchimaru’s research to be able to use his sharingan better.
Personally:
Danzou is tobi with an implant from uchiha Shinsui which was a direct descendant of Madara himself and has the power to control the Bijus. Danzou and Uchiha Itachi made a deal which has not been talked about yet.
Killerbee is going to take control of konoha(I guess so)
