I dont see dragon, shanks, strawhat crew, or any other pirates coming.
This is basically a free for all. You got Pirates, Shikibukai, and Marines. And none of them have everyone from their group fighting on the same side. Except maybe the marines…but garp and those two kids you might consider on Luffy’s side.
There is way more then enough ppl there and enough going on to add more ppl with different agenda’s.

Luffy always gets stronger when fighting stronger opponents… he may be dumb but his fighting skills always improve. Luffy will be using haki very soon in his fights… probably against mihawk.
