The 4 other Kage’s know Danzou’s up to no good, Gaara just told Kakashi, Yamamoto & Naruto what’s up with Danzou’s betrayal and the Konoha Jonin haven’t voted on the new HoKage yet.
So Danzou’s position as Hokage is a temporary stay & getting shorter by the second. Joining Ataksuki may start to looking like a good proposition for Danzou. It would be valuable to Madara to join with Danzou considering that he has seals & curse marks on most (if not all) of Konoha’s ANBU. Plus his knowledge of Konoha’s current inner workings.
Also, Danzou has a Sharingan if Madara wants to make some “super-eternal-mangenko” eye by later betraying him.

yeah I guess Madara wants to get rid of all other sharingan users, just don’t know why he had not killed Kakashi first. Anyways he will have Kakashi killed later on (by Sasuke). That will leave him and Sasuke sole users of Sharingan. Once he has 10tailed beast back and becomes Jinchuriki of the 10 tails, he will kill Sasuke. At least that is the plan.
The plan will not work, because Sasuke will kill Madara – he hates being manipulated by him and will himself attempt to become 10 tail Jinchuriki- hence the ultimate fight against Naruto. So this part of Madara’s intention will be fulfilled.
I can see the same link as with Orochimaru. Madara is also weakened at least he said so, and just like Orochimaru, he wants to manipulate Sasuke.

You misunderstood me. What I meant is that Sasuke will first kill Madara and then he will try to accomplish Madara’s plan for himself. To do that he will have to fight Naruto in order to get nine tailed fox.
1. Danzou is fighting TOBI. Tobi is not confirmed to be Madara.
2. Danzou will not join Tobi. If anything, they will attempt to steal each other’s Sharingan.
3. Kisame can’t be dead. All other Akatsuki took at least 2 chapters to die; Kisame died in 1 panel. Plus, Kisame laughed while “dying”. Personally, I think he hid inside Samehada similar to how Bee hid inside his tentacle.
