kakashi has low chakra.. he says it himself in the manga and anime man.
Danzo will develope side effect from using those many sharingan, because he cannot fully master the Uchiha traits (kekegenkai). His chakra no doubt has to be like the Hokage level since he is the Ambu boss, and he is also very senior if we compare to Kakashi.

So, it is Uchiha’s arm, so he can use the Sharingan without easily getting tired simply because there’s Uchiha’s blood or DNA running through that arm…
