well, apparently we see Danzou with lots of sharingans, is obvious he obtained all that sharingans after the massacre of uchiha clan, we know too that both the arm and the eye of Danzou aren’t perfected and the fact that Madara cut his RIGHT arm, so Madara knows all about Danzou’s arm? what will happen in this battle, Sasuke defeat danzou and Madara earn the RIGHT arm of Danzou? or Danzou get away from Madara?

the distribution of iq is virtualy the same all around the world. one race does not have a highter iq than another even though some places might not have good education doesn’t mean they have low iq. If you haven’t been taught something whereas other people have it doesn’t mean you have low iq or are stupid.
spanish is probably their first language and they might not know english very well. fyi more people in the world speak spanish as a first language than english (and even more speak chinese).

Yea that could be the Idea I think that Tobi is Obito/Madara in with 2 seperate minds that could be the Idea to Obtain the Arm and Sharigan arm.. About Danzou saying there is another power to the Sharigan I think because Danzou got the Whole Clan I believe that If he got one Uchiha he fused both their eyes into one eye making it stronger and perhaps negating the Blindness of the Eye.
