Short summary
Ohana says it is a rather crap chapter. It starts off with Ichigo coming out from the garganta and crossing swords with Aizen.
Ichigo changes into hollow form due to Aizen’s provocation.
Komamura tells Ichigo not to fall for Aizen’s tricks.
Hitsugaya, Hirako, Oomaeda, Soi Fon, Lisa, Komamura, Rose and Kyouraku say,

Bleach 388 Trivia: Zangetsu has stated that he hates Ichigo’s inner world as there is no greenery and vegetation, to which Ichigo states he will change that by planting trees. He also requests that cats and dogs be added as well. (In the manga, some greenery was seen there when Ichigo was recapturing his Shinigami powers, but as that world was then falling apart and no vegetation appeared in the corresponding anime episode, it is not known whether that was its natural state.)
It would be pretty funny though if they show Kensei and Yamamoto while Wonderweiss is jumping around aimlessly. haha
yeah WW has to be reactin to Tousens death thought we might have seen that too, but guess we cant have everything.

On the bright side, it looks like the vizards and some shinigami are going to be cannon-fodder, I hope. They are all supposedly doomed, since they are all under the spell of Aizen’s shikai. He should be able to grind them up with ease. Of course, if any of Kubo’s precious shinigami actually DO die, I will consider it a minor miracle.
Interestingly, Aizen labels Ichigo’s friends as useless… I wonder if he’s tempting fate… none of the Karakura gang has seen Aizen’s shikai either. I’ve been wondering for quite a while if Orihime would snap and unleash the full potential of her powers — if Ichigo gets cut down, that might just do it. Aizen says that only hatred can destroy him, well Orihime’s hatred could destroy him (in the form of an epic-level Tsubaki).
That would def pull out her full power, but i just dont think she will be the one i could be wrong thou. I see Ichigo doin it myself its def the most likely i think as he is main char and fairly unique. I still think Aizen is scared of his potential power being greater than his own, which could be why he taunted him out so hard. It wouldnt be a horrible twist thou havin Inoue do it somehow like that.imo.
Thats right, thats Y he’s taunting him, cuz he definately didn’t taunt any1 else and we weren’t just told that he specialized in provoking ppl. I think Ichigo will try & as always fail. I only wonder what will save him this time.

Those two corpses is probably nothing important, cuz we all know from before that Maryuri likes to collect hollows and experiment with them. I think the two corpses are dead shinigamis or one of the first arrancar which became ufinished.
The two corpses are def important Mayuri looked happy when he opened the door, and was happy when when he showed up with the trunk their summin important possibly even somethin Aizen stole from Urahara (or his Lab when he left SS) that Urahara told Mayuri to find. (wow that just came to me thats pretty decent i think lol).imo.

I cant understand how two corpses can be important. For the firs they are dead and the definately cant be vasto lordes (the only way is to rais back to life).
I think he rather was happy because he can continue his nasty experiments on hollows. (poor hollows, thats manipulating corpses!!)

I actually thought those 2 bodies were Dan Dononji the Mestizo legg guy that Ichigo first fought, and that Chick with the purple tear tattoes.. Maybe since they are natural Vasto Lordes and only got demoted cause they didn’t use the Hogyoku, they were kept alive?

You know something abt Hollow ichigo’s mystery!!!
Ichigo’s Bankai which we had seen that he has obtained it from Zangetsu, correct but in the ‘Zanpaktou tales’ when ‘Hollow ichigo’ and ‘Zangetsu’ Crossed Swords with each other, and when they used ”Getsuga tenshou”,Zangetsu fired in Blue form but Hollow Ichigo was able to fire in Black in its ‘SHIKAI’{how?} which Ichigo and Zangetsu can only do in Bankai mode ryt, thus this totally clears that Black getsuga tenshou is Orginally Hollow ichigo’s technique as stated by Ichigo himself, and so is the Bankai!!! That means Hollow Ichigo hide himself from saying that he is Ichigo’s True power? or he could be the one who had originared Zangetsu or he is the real king of his inner world from since his youth?!??

If you Guys had watched in the very first episode 17 of Bleach in which when abrarai Renji and Byakuya kuchiki came to arrest Rukia Kuchki because of her illegal transferring power to ichigo, and then Renji and ichigo have a battle with each other,and then afterwards when ichigo was totally wounded and beated up by Renji,then Suddenly Ichigo gets up with a rare spiritual pressure and with a villanious smile on his face like hollow ichigo?, was it Hollow ichigo or it was Ichigo at that time and cutted renji’s shoulder!!? and says to Renji that : I don’t know whats happening to me but this feels great and laughs a lil villaniously????? If it was hollow ichigo who was fighting like a berserker then its true that Ichigo was born with a hollow in himself!! the Hollow transformation took place in episode 19 though!!! so how did he fight like that in episode 17??????? Its A total Mysteryy Isn’t it Guys?
It did say that hollow Ichigo and Zangetsu have always been one. and when Ichigo turned into that other form, he took even more of an appearance like Zangetsu. Like the red stuff around his hands and neck. Zangetsu’s is white instead.
I’ve also been wondering about the episode 17 too.

The clothes (similar to Zangetsu’s own clothes), speed boost, power boost and the new sword is all what Ichigo gains from his bankai. So the source of that is zangetsu.
By the way, everything in the zanpakto arc is filler. If Kubo planned it that way he would have never shown it in the zanpakto arc. However it does not mean that all things in filler arc are fake, they can tell us some information that is important for the canon.
However the getsuga tensho in black is from Hollow Ichigo. It’s just a normal getsuga tensho combined with the power of his inner hollow.
Why does Ichigo use the black getsuga? Easy he learned it from Hichigo in the battle against Byakuya. Ichigo didn’t knew it was from the hollow, so ichigo kept using and he got attached to using getsuga tensho.
And that smile you’re talking about. I believe that was to make us sure that the powers Ichigo got from Rukia is not his own. But in this situation they were referring to Isshin. Kubo told that since the design of Isshin he was sure that this character is going to be a shinigami.

Well Ichigo got his powers from Rukia and Isshin right? I believe he could only stand up while laughing is, because he had that other source of power (from isshin). It had nothing to do with his hollow, because the hollow didn’t existed back then.

I dont think he was born with it but i have two theories:
1. He got his hollow powers by the influence of the Hogyoku, but being too close to Rukia or interferring with her.
2. He got his hollow powers from when the chains in his chess was reducing and when the time was running out.

1. It must be the influence from the Hogyoku since when he sucked Rukias shinigami powers he probably got some ot the Hogyoku powers inside him, so he already had a hollow from the first episode of Bleach.
2. The first time Ichigo encountered Zangetsu was a time when his inner world was collapsing, and the second time he encountered he explained that the reason was because he was under hollowfication and because of that his inner world was unstable.
One of these is correct.
Anyway this makes Ichigo no less special than the Vizards, cuz the Vizards have gone through what Ichigo has, and they probably are under the situatuin like Ichigo. The Vizards also fought their inner hollow. But Ichigo is a lit special than them because he is getting stronger. This is maybe because he gets into fights that almost cill him and then his inner hollow needs to help him which then causes Ichigo to gets more acces to his hollow powers. His inner hollow will probably not allow Ichigo to die. If then Ichigo stops fighting then he stops evolving.
So you mean that Hollow ichigo was born of that Hogayaku powers? No that can’t be????? If the reason why Ichigo is evolving is because he gets into fights then its Aizens faulgt. Azien keeps sending arrancars like Ulqiuorra to finish Ichigo, if Aizen is so smart then he already knows it cuz he knows all about hollows and the Hogyoku. Aizen already said before he took the Hogyoku that the shinigami have a limit exept for becoming a hollow.
