I dont feel too bad about WB. I dont think hes gonna die though. I think WB sacrificed himself because 1. The others could get away but more importantly 2. The marines would have fought to the end to stop all the pirates their. By staying he gives the Marines a huge consulation prize. You didnt get to kill one of his top men but you got the ring leader instead.
One Piece is truely epic this arc was amazing from Amazon lily to now…hell well it was epic was shadolandogy (whatever) to now.

There was a war between “the kingdom of D” and some pirates. the kingdom of D didnt want to fight for some reason so they set Pruton. “Pruton” is not actually a weapon of mass distruction but a device which makes ocean separate into four parts. They are placed in the bottom of sea all over the world, and the main device is on “Laftelu,” the last island of the grandline. Due to Pruton, pirates were no longer able to fight against the kingdom. But somehow, the pirates won, and to avoid “something” they decided to keep turning on the device. The pirates are now called “World Government” and initiate whole world to hide “something.” Only the one who reaches the island can turn it off and make all seas together, which means “One Piece.”

whoever had the imagination to come up with ALL THAT is nothing short of genious. it sounds somewhat believable but so farfetched that it probably isn’t true. amazing idea tho, i can’t even think of something half as good as that for the ending.

Weird, the prediction tells that pirates formed the world government but then the manga stated that it was the 20 Kings who formed it. And their descendants were called the Tenryuubito.
this is what i think would happen at the end luffy will find one piece and it would be a letter from gol d roger saying so how was your journey? you must have had a lot of adventures and made a lot of friends the treasure is the memory you have of reaching raftel.
You guys are forgetting, one piece is not a made up treasure. its a treasure which people have known about, and probably know what it is, although we the viewers have not been told. Dont forget it was the people in the crowd at his execution who asked him about one piece, it wasnt him who told them it existed.

Well 2B honest Oda already commented saying that the treasure known as One Piece is jus the gold and treasures that Roger’s crew gained when they traveled 2 Skypiea. So technically Luffy could just go and get his own One Piece if he went back to Skypiea. He could even meet up with Ganfall and Wiper.

Whitebeard is gonna die. If he doesnt it wont be as epic. Dont think I dont like Whitebeard, its because he is so badass that he has to die now. Great men must die in a great way, and him dying to save his crew fighting with the Entire Marine HQ seems like a honorable and great death. He will be remembered for that (though I bet the Marines will twist the events so they wont get totally humiliated in the eyes of the world.)
How would the marines explain the fact Ace got away…? Plus Luffy will be a great threat … with an increased bounty from Saboady Archipelago incident, Impel Down destruction, and freeing Firefist Ace…

Thats why I said “not totally humiliated” ,I doubt they can make up for the shame of letting Ace escape, no matter how much the twist the actual events.
And I am rooting for a bounty of about 500,000,000, I dont think they will make Luffy’s bounty that crazily high. 600,000,000 million at best, but like I said, 500 million is what I think.
