Well, we all knew that Tsunade would wake up sooner or later so I’m not really suprised that it was now. One good thing about this chapter is that it once agian(finally) showed Naruto’s maturity with how he handled the talk with Shikamaru & co by staying calm and confident. It also showed that he is kinda of going apart from them in a good way and is able to act without assistance and make correct important decisions. The whole Feudal Lords thing was absolutely pointless though.
Also, I’d say that this is basically the official end of the Kage Summit arc; FINALLY!
Though I lost as 2how Naruto C’s Nagato as more of a threat than Sasuke. It could B that Nagato had good in his heart where as Sasuke is completely evil but idk.

No Sasuke has an eternal Mangekyou. While Pein was killing people and destroying the village he had no heart what so ever lol. He is more of a threat because love em or hate him. Sasuke + Itachi’s eyes = OMFGWTF. All the better because I’d like to see Naruto get even more powerful. And I also liked the way he handled the talk with his peer’s. If any of them were to try and take on Sasuke they would die.

i wonder if Kishi wants it to play as longer time span than what is shown from 2-3 panels apart in the Anime to spread out over a longer time period, it seemed Tsunade was only “dead” for a few seconds, then she wakes up, the second Kakashi is about to be named.. “jounin needs to invent his own new jutsu..”
i do really like how Naruto is now making super life decisions on his own and really being on his own and separating himself from the others.. that was nice, even better as he leaves Sakura behind..

Tsunade is not dead, she is in coma. She has a power that gives form of “immortality” but her greatest technique shortens her life. After her fight with pain, She collapsed backwards and fell into a coma, having used up almost the entirely of her chakra. Shizune became hysterical because when she saw that her seal disappears in her forehead, she thought that her mistress has few minutes or days to end her life. Because of this, tsunade should pass all her techniques especially her Yin Seal and Summoning jutsu to sakura.

Remember what he said to sasuke in chapter 487, “You haven’t truly accepted me yet!” It seems childish to declare war to his former friend but this is the only way to protect konoha and his friends. the art drawn in the panels showcasing Shizune and Tsunade.. i wasn’t addressing towards the emotions showcased, i was talking towards the poor visual of art, as it leads from one direction to the next too quickly. in comic manga art, it could have been done much better for the viewer to comfortably view the visual without a second thought, for me it was understandable, but it could have been done much better. Kishi has shown he can do it, it looks like he dropped the ball on those panels.
super life decisions.. was meant towards leaving them to go eat not at all about Sasuke and the Konoha members common agreement to handle him. fundamentally that is what he needed was food/ energy and everything that seemed to be the most important for the others wasn’t as important as ramen noodles for Naruto himself. for i saw that as Naruto growing up, not focusing on the issues that seem to cloud the judgements of the others who do not know all the information. he is standing strong and keeping his goals in check and directing the others to wait off their intentions and let things sit and work their course.
you do bring up some other rather nice theories as well.

its quite predictabe, Itachi new that this is going to happen, itachi new sasuke would go blind and then inplant his eyes, thats why he said to naruto what if sasuke atack the village?
so i think the power he gave naruto , i think it disable’s sasuke eyes or something, make him blind anyway something that has a great effect on sasuke, maybe put an genjutsu on sasuke where itachi will come to talk with hem ( like 4t hokage when naruto his seal was almost gone ) thats what i think is going to happen

if Itachi spent so much time making sure his kid brother survived, to guarantee his safety, to make sure he becomes the avenging angel of the Uchiha bloodline to show him how to use his blood limit and to force him to become stronger and less weak to prepare him for the future…
why would you remotely think, that Kishi would write what it seems to be, the major story arc, of the total arcs of Naruto in general, to have Sasuke lose to something he gave to Naruto, who has the bloodline of the ninja clan that forced him to slaughter his family??
i think you need to go back and re-read the entire 488 chapters all over again as you are seemingly only focusing on the last few months of story and forgetting what preceded it.
if the story was limited to that of the last few months then sure your theory would hold tightly, but now it full of holes..

for me to answer that its suggestive towards 1 future but i see the future with endless possibilities but with a very determined focus on where it is going.
i think the theory you have talks towards the idea that Itachi is out there to help Naruto but if that were true, the entire back story was for nothing as it goes against everything he built in content. [he meaning Kishimoto]
i think you are suggesting something that is too immediate. i think you should continue to wait and see how the story will continue to evolve..
the direction you are speaking of would end the storyline rather quickly, instead of expanding its nature to go beyond that of just a single moment in time.
i highly doubt that 1 single moment with Itachi and Naruto will become so advertently powerful to the story that it will bring so much chaos theory ideas..
i say this because it seems that Kishi is making Naruto more “secretive” in the sense of the definition of what “ninjas” do. its part of that whole mystery allure to the strengthening of the characters themselves..
we currently have less than half of the characters who were showcased from day 1 in the main arc, that Kishi now has a larger playground than before to evolve each character more so.
i know it seems like Sasuke Arc is dominating, but we have to remember that most of the other characters are already killed off..
in terms of Madara going after Konan, that is a smaller arc that will probably just have him taking the eyes outright, as its already shown that Madara has all the time in the world to collect the eyes at his leisure.
Naruto still has to discuss with his comrades his true identity of his family, he still needs to evolve to a stronger shinobi, and all the unfinished story arc must still need to be addressed as like Naruto’s new eye technique when fighting Nagato in the tree cave, that was never addressed after that moment.
i feel it will combine all these story arcs in one and the Itachi shoving a crow in Naruto’s mouth will be addressed but i think in a manner further down the line. but not as powerful as the villainous story arcs that will happen and combine all for a grand battle.
