One thing is sure. Ichigo’s mother has something to to with this whole thing. Otherwise, Aizen wouldn’t have mentioned Ichigo’s birth.

Aizen could be Ichigo’s mother. But there has to be a relationship with Aizen and Ichigo’s dad.
I think the question that’s going to answer how Isshin is connected to Aizen is going to be ‘how isshin lost his powers, and how they came back’.
Right before Isshin arrives, Aizen says “After all…” (implying he was going to reveal why ichigo is special) and is interrupted by Isshin who says “You’ve said too much”.
And if you look at Isshins outfit, it’s not like any other Shinigami outfit we’ve seen. He has some type of captains cloak, but it’s attached to his arm, and has different symbols. Royal guard, or something more sinister?

How does its seem Aizen is related to isshin? lol, All Aizen told us is how much he knows about ichigo and when and how he set it up. Where does it say Aizen and isshin are related.. hell where does it even hint at them being related. I think Ichigo’s mom was a vasto lorde female. So he might be a product of a Captain class shinigami and hollow. OR she could have been a quincy and ichigo and ishida are actually cousins.
Isshin hasn’t used his powers in over 20 yrs now but at the time of his wife’s death, he comments yrs later that if he had been their he could’ve prevented that incident. And even while in gigai’s he users still retain their spiritual awareness, even thou their reitsu is slowly drained.
Meaning that while Isshin is most likely using a gigai, his wife had no spiritual powers or awareness, cuz if she did she could’ve indeed seen & defended herself against Fisher jus as her husband claims he could’ve.
That is Y Ichigo’s mom could B nothing but human…unless female quincy’s lack spiritual powers & awareness.

The old gigai draining power thing may be true. But to think Urahara had not improved this over time does not make much sense to me.
But that thing about the gigai it´s not true, that gigai that you are talking its the one that Urahara give to Rukia and the other ones just hide they powers not to drain. And about Isshin i think that Aizen its looking for him becouse he his or was a former member of the Zero squad that protect the King.
Actually I thought that 2about gigai’s at first but then I realized that the only gigai’s we’ve seen is Rukia’s & I didn’t want 2post a statement on gigai’s that I couldn’t back up.

I think its possible that Isshin and Aizen are brothers. If Isshin’s zanpakuto had similar abilities to control perception then that could explain why soul society doesn’t seem to know of Isshin’s existence. Also I feel like Ichigo has some connection to the Royal Family. Can’t wait to find out!

Isnt it possible the Ichigo and Isshin has something to do with Shiba clan and at time of Ichigo birth something happened which lead to exile of Shiba clan. and this one will also explains Ichigo insane power, similar looks and or it can be possible Isshin married human which lead to exile of shiba clan..
Shiba clan got exiled cause they thought Kaein Shiba was experimenting with hollows.
You know the moment aizen said, I know you since you were born. I had a de ja vu. I think Ichigo was a baby born with a lot of power. Isshin was sent to the real world to raise him or something. Remember when Goku was sent to earth as a baby ^^ With different goals, but still.
It’s most likely Isshin just fell in love with Ichigo’s mother and she was human, Ichigo was the first born so maybe he just got the bulk of the Gene’s. Aizen could well be his Uncle as in this manga and anything can happen :) I just can’t wait for this all to come to anime because it will be awesome. Ichigo’s dad reminds me of Madara/Tobi on how he’s a fool until he decides to get serious and kicks all ass.
No one’s mentioned the fact that although we’ve been told Masaki was Ichigo’s mother, she doesn’t necessarily have to be his birth mother. She could just have been Isshin’s lover. That would allow for someone not human to be Ichigo’s mother, who at this point, is most likely going to be a hollow or something else.
i agree with you there, and one of the possibilities that is nearest.
in line with your statement, last year, fans were speculating that ichigo is heir to the throne of the king. if masaki is not his biological mother, isshin might not be ichigo’s biological father but a caretaker tasked by the king to protect him.
also, the reason why karin can somehow sense shinigamis and hollows is that her awareness might have been triggered due to ichigo’s reiatsu, much like sado’s and orihime’s.
now, we go to the other end of the argument, masaki is human, was a vasto lorde, AND ichigo’s biological mother.
this is possible also because:
1. Aizen is hinting that Ichigo is a combination of shinigami and something, which would most probably be a hollow.
2. Urahara made a gigai that, if used long enough, would turn the one using it to human. this is the one that she lent rukia to hide the hōgyoku within her.
3. continuing from number 2, 85 years seems enough for a gigai user to be turned to human. the only downside of this argument is it is also applicable to hollows. but since Urahara is a genius, it’s probably no problem for him to make one.
Hey what happend if the father of Ichigo its Azien, that´s why he his helping him to be strong, and Isshin was just protecting him from Aizel becouse they find out somthing and take him away, and thats why he know from the time of his birth becouse its his father.

i think ichigos mother is not a vasto lorde or smthing like that since she wouldn’t get killed by a mere hollow or at least the spiritual power she released when she died would be enough to kill the hollow not just scare it away.

You say that Hollow Ichigo has never eaten/merged. But who says it is the only way of gaining power. Surely there must be other ways which haven’t been revealed yet.
But I think I agree on the other thing you said. Ichigo’s mother is just a normal human. I think Aizen exprimented Hollowfication or something on a human. Ichigo is the result of his experiment. Think about it. His shinigami and hollow powers both began since his soul chain got broken.
His powers were somehow trapped and were released. Urahara knew this and took advantage of the situation. Ichigo is just a pawn in a game of chess. His father however Isshin wants to protect Ichigo from Aizen and somehow Aizen managed to acuse Isshin for it (Kyouka Suigetsu). Then Isshin and Urahara teamed up to use Ichigos powers for the good instead of evil.
This also kills the fact that Aizen and Ichigo are related. Cuz’ no way in hell I’ll believe that. This also kills the theory of Masaki being anything else then a human (before aizens evil plans). She was the first hollow/human. Experiment failed. And she got killed by Grand Fisher.
(Grand fisher might have also been sent by aizen to awaken Ichigo’s true powers. Which also failed somehow, Isshin to the rescue)

-However, It is also impossible 4Ichigo 2B any classification of Hollow as Ichigo is part Shinigami & Human. Therefore making Ichigo a Vizard/Arrancar. And we R un-aware of the various classifications of Vizard/Arrancar(if any) &as 2how Vizard/Arrancar’s progress(if they indeed do), as Vizard/Arrancar don’t eat other hollow/Vizard/Arrancar(as far as we know).

I think that Ichigo’s hollow did merge with another soul which is Zangetsu. They both have merged/fused that is why the hollow once said that he is Zangetsu…
The one thing that gets me is when aizen tells ichigo did u really think u won those batltleson ur own so aizen helped ichigo win those batlles.
well aizen arranged each battle, the battles were won by ichigo himself. but the coincidence that each person he versed matched his growth in strength was Aizen’s doing. i.e. he arranged for those battles to happen in that order.
One thing I have to say is that Masaki Kurosaki and Aizen both have the same type of “gentle-looking” face. In fact they look A LOT like each other. I think they are related. It maybe wrong but that seems like a possibility.

What if Ichigo’s real father “King” died in war or something and Isshin was from royal guard assigned to protect him, so he raised him as his son (i love Isshin but don’t really think he is a King =D)…
also Karin and Yuzzu are’nt his real sisters and Karin can see hollows because she is half soul reapper…
Also it is possible that Ichigo’s mother was from royal family and she fall in love with Isshin (Shiba) so it’s forbiden love story, they ran away from soul society and as a result shiba clan was exiled…

Don’t forget that Stark defeated Rose and love with their mask on while using shikai, not to mention they both were captains in the TBTP arc. Stark owned them, Shunsui is awesome but he used a cheap shot on Stark. Stark is the greatest Espada. Heck, i’m buff and strong, but i cannot take on two people at once. Stark defeated love and rose with ease.
hey, starrk also made a cheap shot against shunsui, and a very destructive cheap shot at that. but unfortunately for starrk, shunsui is a lot stronger than him in so many ways.
also, those “cheap shots” by shunsui, he is not the only one doing that. in fact, iba hinted that it is being taught at shinigami academy. in all of bleach, aizen is the one who cheap shots the most.
