After a while, I decided to give it a go.. So I watched the first episode and got turned away by the art. About a month later, I went back to it to give it a second try. I watched past episode 5 and from there I totally got hooked to it because the story was very interesting, even in the first 20 episodes and it even exceeded the storyline of Naruto and Bleach combines, and that was just based on the 20 episodes I watched. I began watching and I even at a point found myself unable to stay way from watching/reading One Piece. It is so far the first and only manga out of the about 200 mangas I’ve read to make me actually experience the feelings of the characters and all other sort of drama and also the only manga to actually make me laugh uncontrollably.
Also, One piece has been out for 13 years, Naruto has been out for 11, actually 12 because of first shot and bleach has been out for 10 years. Not much of a difference between the years which means it plays no major role in the sales of the those three.

If i remember correctly Orochimaru used his henchmen’s corpses to summon the first two Hokages. Im pretty sure that none of the henchmen had the First Hokage’s Wood Release Kekkei Genkai. I am also sure that their real bodies were lying elsewhere in their respective graves.
Same goes for when Orochimaru was going to bring back Tsunade’s brother and lover. He only needed sacrificial bodies, and that’s all.
Since the First Hokage’s summon used wood release and both the summons were successful even without the original bodies. So, I dont understand why Kabuto’s summons were in any way a “plothole”.
At least use a bit more logic the next time you idiots want to bash Naruto just for the sake of it.

I agree, but I’m really curious about how much of their original power Itachi and Nagato will have. If you think about it, we have never seen Itachi fight 100%, and, I may be wrong here, but shouldn’t nagato be able to do what all of his bodies could do combined? Sasori was a puupet though so him returning is kinda odd.

Edo Tensei is a technique in which a living person’s will is suplanted (taking over) by a dead soul. The jutsu brings a persons soul back and implants them in a living person which results in the body giving the image of them. ITS NOT THEIR ACTUAL BODY lol. Also the greatest manga of all time is a opinion. I personally made the very identical journey you made.. starting with Naruto.. then bleach a few months later… then one piece a year later. Read every manga for them all. Watched every episode for them all. Yes even fillers for bleach and Naruto. And I’ve found that One Piece though more fun in terms of characters. Though better at conveying emotion than the other 2 was not better in some areas. If you base it based on sales I would agree with you. But that will constantly change. If your saying that because the DBZ director says it is.. guess what thats his opinion. DBZ has had more longevity and more world wide popularity than any of them. In terms of that I’d rate DBZ as the best of all time in terms of a series. It existed in a time when people never could just go read it on the internet or blog about it and certainly not buy it. But it was still booming, and still is. I’ll keep reading/watching one piece when it attains that status I’ll agree. I’ve been watching anime/manga for 17 years. My opinion will be my own thank you and nothing anyone will ever do or say will change that.

If One Piece sucks so much, why do the Japanese, Akira Toriyama, Chinese, and most other Asian countries prefer it over Naruto and Bleach? Why do these coutnries (especially Japan) look down on Naruto and Bleach when compared with One Piece? Why do these countries (and Akira Toriyama) call it the successor to DBZ? Are you saying that the Japanese have bad taste? That’s impossible. Japan and other Asian countries have a better taste in anime than the rest of the world combined. They know an anime a lot better than you do. It’s impossible for One Piece to be the worst anime ever because if it was, the Japanese wouldn’t like it and that’s a fact. You are just some guy that has horrible taste in anime. No, most people who watch One Piece are teenagers/adults. I know so many 10-year old brats who read the Naruto manga. Comparing an anime by art is just plain ridiculous. This is why you fail. 1. There characters have more character
2. More plot twists
3. The ideas come from the heart and from true imagination. Naruto and Bleach are more for teens because it’s done “so cool” with “giant swords” and “yay ninjas”.
4. It has some mature themes that only adults can relate to. An example is racism and sexism. People who have experienced this in the past will relate to this. Some Aboriginals can relate to the whole Skypiea thing just like how their land was taken away. People can understand the ideas in One Piece more. This is proven by the fact that most young kids that I know don’t understand One Piece but understand Naruto and Bleach perfectly. Yet, I know so many adults that understand all the dark themes of One Piece (racism, sexism, slavery, etc.)
5. Naruto is more about teenage kids that try to fit in. High school kids will relate to this. One Piece is more for a college/university fanbase because One Piece characters have dreams and goals they want to achieve in life and that’s what college sutdents have too and therefore, they relate more to One Piece characters. I talked with a lot of people in college about this and they agree with me. I even heard some people I don’t know on YouTube bring this up.
I don’t know what you’re talking about. No one here or in Japan started watching One Piece when they were kids. Most started reading the manga when they were older. Did you know that most Naruto fans started the manga when they were 8 – 12 years old? This applies even in Japan. In Japan, Naruto is after Pokemon on TV and this was done on purpose because Naruto attracts a 8 – 19 fanbase for most of the time. One Piece attracts a 13+. It’s actually the exact opposite of what you said. Most Naruto fans started with Naruto when they were young. Most haven’t even got into One Piece until later.

If Itachi was to fight Pain it would play out like this:
Itachi uses Tsukuyomi on Pain’s bodies
Even if that doesn’t work he’ll take them out with Amaterasu
Then meets real Pain Nagato and Nagato uses strongest
technique the statue to spew a dragon-like creature from its mouth, which removes the souls of any person it comes in contact with.
Itachi blocks with Susanoo and uses Totsuka Sword, an witch has the ability to seal anything it pierces into the gourd that serves as its hilt, and Yata’s Mirror, a shield that could reflect any attack.
Pain can’t block so he dies.
