Trivia : Based on its reaction, Naruto almost dying at the hands of Kabuto was the only time the Nine-Tails was close to death or to that matter, suffered any injury it could not simply heal through.
I don’t think the power that Itachi gave Naruto was the power to control the nine tail. The fourth was the one who seal the nine tail, which means that he must have know that Naruto would find some way to control the nine tail. There is no way the Fourth would have sealed the nine tail, knowing that the only ways is for some Uchiha to give him the power to do it. Plus the fourth could not have predicted that Itachi would out of nowhere just give Naruto the power to control the nine tail, that would rely a little too much on hoping everything just works out like so. Plus, the power that Itachi gave to Naruto was meant to stop Sasuke and bring him back to the leaf unharmed I believe. So if anything I’m betting that the power which Itachi gave Naruto is probably the power to disables Itachi’s eyes. Keep in mind that Sasuke now has Itachi’s eyes. Also that Itachi gave Sasuke his powers so who is to say that Itachi can’t take them away if Sasuke uses them for the wrong reason. I’m sure Itachi planed ahead. I mean think about it, if Naruto could take away the power of Sasuke’s eye then Sasuke would never be able to hurt anyone again. Plus, it would also affect Madara’s plan to use Sasuke, since Madara’s own eyes have been weaken. I mean who else has more control over Itachi’s own eyes then Itachi. Plus, remember Itachi was even able to control the powers that he gave to Sasuke so that it would attack Madara, so I think it would be easy for Itachi to take away his own power or disable his eyes, since he was able to give it away too.
itachis dead he can’t do shit and i when itachi gave naruto some of hi power he said “i hope the day never comes when you have to use this” in that conversation he also said “what would you do if sasuke tries to attack the village?” so its not something to help naruto control the kyuubi its something to help him fight sasukes it probably gonna be trigered like when ameteresu attack madara
i think that makes sense tho. itachi’s trap for madara didnt activate til after he’d been dead for a while. he already knew he was gonna die, he was takin medication to stay alive. and he knew madara would try to win sasuke over, so the possibility of him givin naruto the power to disable his eyes is very likely. i think itachi was thinkin long term that sasuke would use his eyes for evil and that nobody was gonna take naruto before then. i mean honestly, everyone thats tried has failed and/or died

Madara survived his duel with the 1st hokage using izanagi. That’s why he only has one functional eye (the other one was sacrificed so he could fool Hashirama about his death).

This is a conumdrum. Uchiha’s can control the kyubi with the sharingan and Hirashima (sp?) could control the kyubi. Could hirashima control it because he is a decendant of senju? If so, then naruto can do the same if Madara was right about him being related to the 1st. Makes sense since they are both from the Sage of Six paths but what determines which one takes control is the question.
Im sorry man u need to get ur facts straight, “only a select few can control bijuu” thats not true, itachi was explaining the disadvantages of Mangekyou(blindness) and sasuke said that was a the price to pay for controlling Kyuubi, he learned about this in Uchiha’s secret meeting place, however he was able to supress Kyuubi’s chakra with his normal sharingan when he was able to see Naruto’s conscience, and the leaders of Konoha ordered the Uchiha’s massacre because they suspected they were in control of the beast during its attack, so all we know for sure is that Uchiha’s have the potential to control Kyuubi but maybe the only way to control it completely is using tsukuyomi.
Well oringinally it was said those wit the MS could control the Kyuubi, but then they changed it saying that wit Madara’s new EMS he took control of the kyuubi and fought the 1st.
Plus Naruto’s not really related 2 the 1st. The Senju were a clan of a thousand different techniques, I don’t actually think they were related by blood. I think that sometime after Konoha was built the Senju divided into multiple different clans, such as the Sarutobi, Nara, Akimichi, Inazuna, Aburame, etc…

I know what you are saying that everyone in Kohona except the uchihas are related to the Senju but i dont think that is the case or Madara would not have made that reference.
And i still dont think everyone in the village is part of a clan. kakashi, naruto and sakura are good examples. I am not saying that there are not clans for these ppl but they have never been mentioned.

Yes, but U missed the part where they say the whole thing is just a myth. It is unknown if either the Uchiha or the Senju is actually a descendant of the Rikudo Sage. The 2 taught were both students of his teachings. The Rikudo Sage chose one of the other 2carry on his teachings and it is said that the pupil’s descendants were known as the Senju, while the other pupil was older and apparently from the same family as he had the Rinnegan as well. As far as we know &from what we know the 2students weren’t related.
-The Senju as said by Kishi weren’t actually a clan related by blood. I figure the majority of its inhabitants were actually once apart of the Senju clan. As its ludicrous to think that a founding clan could of already just gone extinct 4 literally no reason. Well if we go by what some of you say(about senju being a group of clans), then in case of a 1 on 1 battle it would be kinda ridiculous saying that an Uchiha is facing a Senju bcoz we could simply say that it is a fight between an Uchiha and a Hyugaa…

The existence of the Rinnegan could be proof of the existence of the Rikudo Sage.

Hey Mr. McDonald plese read chapter 462 because some of what woure saying its incorrect and u will be clarified after doing it, Madara has already explained everithing about Uchiha and Senju and their blood relation to the rikudo sage, they were both his sons. As for Kishimoto stating that the Senju were not related by blood can u please tell me were u saw that?
And about the whereabouts of the remaining Senju it is still open for development, to this point in the story we have only the confirmation of Tsunade as the only senju stil alive, so we can speculate, perhaps there are a few who are still alive but we havent seen them, or maybe because of the past wars a big number of senju died just like the 1st, 2nd hokage, and Tsunade’s little brother leaving her as the only survivor.

And I highly doubt all the Senju just died out in some wars. Surely they would’ve made it their own mission 2C 2it that a good # of the Senju clan continued on. &we know Tsunade is a descendant of the Senju and has Senju blood in her. But at this point, I doubt she herself is a Senju. I feel lyk they would’ve revealed that already. Her blood is most likely mixed wit sumthing else.

According 2Madara, The Uchiha was one of the mercenary clans hired by countries 2fight their battles. He never actually said anything about individual clans. But Ur right, I read that part wrong. Kakashi does say that the Rikudo Sage is a myth, but Madara doesn’t dispute that fact, he just says the Myth is based on real events.

Sorry man i do not agree that Susanoo is the equililent to a tailed beast. Its a definite factor that gets him to the level or beyond a tailed beast. With Just susanoo Naruto would kill sasuke in a heartbeat. Its the combination of all his Sharingan abilities that make him extremely dangerous. Good example was Raikage vs Sasuke. Raikage was said to be the equililent of a tailed beast and sasuke would have lost (so might have raikage, could have been a draw). But he used almost all his skills.
I think naruto would have beat danzo easier then sasuke beat him. All sasuke had to do was outlast him and naruto could have easily did that with his chakra levels. But apparently so can sasuke cause his chakra levels are infinite.
kyuubi can be controlled by sasuke if it was free.. because it will be cast under genjutsu like the snake he used to escape jutsu of deidara…
But as u know jinchuurikis cant be under genjutsu.. neither kyuubi nor naruto will be under control…
We also saw sasuke controlling that lightining country’s ninja to know where bee was..
so i think controlling beast is all about genjutsu in case of sharingan users…
