Kushina, like with Mikoto, the childbirth will be painful, according to one of the women.
As the child came forth, the Kyuubi probably came out (the seal weakened) that’s why Mikoto also witnessed it.
Kushina was in pain.
Several Anbu members were on standby in front of the room.
Date of birth: October 10.
The seal weakens. Minato [tries] to strengthen it.
A masked ANBU takes the infant (Naruto).
The masked man says, “Let’s get away from the human sacrifices, child, otherwise you also will be one”

Naruto’s birth was carried out in secret.
But, Mikoto and Kushina were friends, so Mikoto was
allowed to bring baby Sasuke to where Naruto was to be born.
Mikota and Kushina have a woman’s conversation (About the pain of birth).
At the time of birth, the Kyuubi threatens to escape fro Kushina (due to the weakening of the seal), so Minato makes an appearance.
Kushina was in great pain, and Anbu stand by (on alert) right outside the room.
Naruto was born on October 10th.
The seal was greatly weakened, so Minata attempted to fix it.
Baby Naruto is taken by a masked Anbu; seperated from his parents, otherwise he will be the next human sacrifice.

Why did Kushina become a human sacrifice?
It seems that Whirlpool country (Hidden Village of the Whirling tides) clanspeople were masters of the sealing technique.
The First Hokage’s wife MIto was also a human sacrifice.
Mito was the first human sacrifice.
By dying, Kushina became one.
Kushina died, with Naruto being the 3rd.
For the human sacrifice to happen, Konoha and the Whirling Tides had to be friendly countries and distant relatives
Even now, it’s Konoha’s best back mark (design on the back of the suit)
Naruto’s Jersey’s back design is the swirl of the Whirlpool country (Whirling Tides’ Mark).
Now, that sealing jutsu, the special chakra is aimed at being destroyed.

Just you watch, Next Chapter, Minato will recognised the face under the mask as Obito’s.(I know it’s Madara uchiha, I’m just trying to guess/predict). That might clear my doubts about Obito a bit. Obito is still alive!!!!!yeeeaaaaa(Rin is alive tooooooo yeaaaa.!! Just Kidding. =) . just a Coincidence, Kushina Uzumaki said “The Masked guy”, not Madara Uchiha. Minato told Naruto that Madara is behind all this but still mentioned “the masked guy” as the cause of the Nine-tails attack. That makes me think next chapter, Obito’s face might be shown beneath the mask.
So I posted this the other day. And heres my problem with Obito/Madara predictions- 100% Speculation.
Please dispute any of this and tell me what makes you think it’s still could possibly be Obito.
So lets see the facts. I know these facts.
Obito and Kakashi were students of the 4th – FACT
Obito was 13 yrs old when he died – FACT
Kakashi is 29-30 in Shippuden – FACT
Naruto is 15-16 in Shippuden – FACT
Kakashi would have been 15ish when 9Tails attacked – FACT
Obito the same age as Kakashi- FACT
The Forth discovered that Madara was controlling 9Tail – FACT
So you’re telling me that Obito who’s Sharrigan awakened like 5 minutes before he was crushed and gave up his eye, survived. – – SPECULATION
Not only that but in three years he matured his Sharringan enough to control the nine tails.- SPECULATION
Not only that but he also was strong enough fool the Fourth into thinking it was Madara.- SPECULATION
Not only that but he somehow became twisted enough to destroy the village he was from, attack his friends and Rin the girl he loved. – SPECULATION
So please provide me one solid fact that leads you to belive Obito is Tobi – and don’t say “Look the names look alike” – yeah so what, I’ll just counter with Sasuke is Sakura – What? they’re close in spelling, no?
You may be right about tobi not being obito, but the fourth has never once referred to tobi as Madara Uchia. When speaking about Tobi all he said in reference to who he was is “the man from Akatsuki wearing a mask”….he goes on to say “he’s no ordinary man”. So as far as we know he didn’t trick the fourth into thinking he was anybody.(chapter 440). Having said that he may still be Madara Uchia. But i think that blatant revealing about who he is so early on is too suspect. So although he might be Madara i’m certain that Masashi Kishimoto wants us to think he’s someone else.

You’re right. I do retract the last one listed as fact. In fact he could be anyone in my mind except Obito. It would just be to stupid. There would have to be some crazy explanation behind his motives IMO.
So I have a hard time understanding why people keep thinking it’s Obito. The eye thing, Right/Left – Obito/Kakashi thing is just to Obvious, and the name thing as well.
So just as you think the early revealing of him as Madara is to obvious, I think the Obito thing is a obvious Red Herring.
Basically I just want someone who claims he is Obito would give a good reason why beside circumstantial evidence. Evidence points to the contrary.
You can not trust Itachi’s word alone. He has fooled us before and he never came clean, so for Itachi to say that Madara is responsible for the fox’s attack may be one of Itachi’s bs illusions.
I’ve got some questions:
1) Did anyone recognize that Sasuke is named after the third’s father?
2) If anyone has recognized:
Does that mean that Sasuke is related to the third?
I thought that the third is a Senju? Because I think to remember that it is said that, until now, only Senju were Hokage in Konoha.

Mikoto used the 3rd father’s name in respect to the past elderly Konoha Ninja. Many cultures do this in order to keep the vitality of the name to carry on with the next generation, hoping the new person will also grow to become a well respected person amongst all around as the name suggests greatness and earns its respect… however Sasuke Uchiha has fallen very far from the tree and has earned an equal respect of hate from all the villagers around him..

and also the third hokage is not a senju!! he is from the sarutobi clan but was trained by the second and first hokage. but is not a senju.
i don’t think the third’s father will even make an appeareance in the story. it’s just another homage to sasuke sarutobi.

Does any think that Sasuke’s mom was there for a reason? Like she was the one who told Madara about the birth? That would lead Naruto to ate Sasuke’s parents, don’t you think?

the Uchiha family has been segregated so i think the friendship bond is solely that of pregnancy.. same age and the likes..
but i do believe that she being there knowing that Kushina was in her 10th months straight up says that she is a Jinchuuriki as that is what Kushina explained to Naruto.. as Sasuke was just born thru a 9 month prego.. thus she have have mentioned it to her family [the uchiha clan] giving word to Madara that there is a Jinchuuriki.. since no one in Konoha knew of the existence of the Kyuubi, the blame solely rests on her.
or kishi may put a different spin on it, but there is no reason she would be there at that moment where it was shown as important..
i had to go back and re-read the manga regarding the time span..
it shows that Kushina and Mikoto could have been close friends without any segregation of the Uchihas. There move to a corner of the village did not happen til, the day Naruto was born and the 9tails was released.

so it seems that a friendship bond could easily have happened, as i had previously thought that since the Uchiha family was separated from the rest of the village and a few other people here posted that it might have been impossible for a friendship bond to happen, now seems very possible..
[everything i said and thought before is now worthless as this disproves anything i had thought of what was happening..]
i think the manga 501 manga faskback gives full details about the 4th hokage and madara uchiha and about the seal on naruto with his parents, the key that given to jiraiya and the final speach of 4th.
The “Masked Man”, both Minato and Kushina referred to the so-called Madara as the Masked Man (note that when Kushjina spoke of Madara it was only about the fight at the valley of the end, where Madara was supposedly defeated). Not even once did Kushina said that Madara was the masked man. WHY? Why call him the masked and not by his name? Answer is simple, nobody knows who he is because he wears a MASK.
Maybe he`s face is a mask and thats why they call him the masked man! :D

obito is NOT tobi. besides all of the obvious reasons that people have repeated 100 million times. here is some visual aid: http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/397/01/ . look at tobi unmasked. if it was obito he would be the same age as kakashi i.e. about 30 years old. but as we can clearly see, the man behind the mask, is an old hag. hence i’ll go with the most obvious choice and say it’s madara.
i think madara took over obito’s body. so the soul is madara’s and the body is obito’s. and madara(obito’s body) is only showing his right eye becaase kakashi has obito’s left eye.

it would have been a bad choice to take over obito’s body. his right side was completely crushed.
my guess is that madara has only one eye because he used his other for izanagi when fightening the first hokage. that would also explain why he didn’t die.

I am starting to think Madara is Madara then but during the battle with the 4th hokage they sealed madara away but right before madara died he released his brother through his eye some how (i know out there thought) and he is now Izuna. Because I dont think he was lieing when he said he wasnt the cause of the nine tails attack. Dont you think that would be a rather useless lie otherwise?

I have read so many theories on Madara/obito that there is enough info for it to go either way. As of right now i think it is impossible to say for sure that Obito is not Madara. The side of Madara’s sharingan is probably the biggest reason why ppl think that he is Madara. I believe someone above said that his face was crushed and that he would not have an eye. Well the pic where Madara showed part of his face either looked old or deformed. Depends on how you look at it. To me it looked deformed.
@Dankyers- Obito surviving being crushed, getting strong enough to fool the 4th hokage, and him getting strong enough to control the nine tails in three years…do you really find all that hard to believe? I got one word for you, sasuke. That chump basically did all that in 3 years and he never runs out of chakra.
My personal opinion is that this is a trick or ploy by the author to make us fall into a trap and believe it is Obito when it is not. He will give us a bread crumb or two in Obito’s direction to make us believe that it is Obito just to fool us in the end. The major reason to not believe that Madara is Obito is because it is so obvious that he is. Uses “same” jutsu as Kakashi and has his complimentary sharingan. It could easily be said that Obitos right eye teleports ppl safely while his right destroys by creating a blackhole.

i personally thinking that tobi is madaras brother, because no one knows the real face of tobi. kabuto showed a deatch body to tobi with his reaction he showed himself thinkful. Also who said that the story of madara is true, like his brother gaved him his eyes, the eternal mangekyou would also look like then the brother would take the eyes of madara. ^^

Madara is physically dead but he is still virtually living from Izanagi, he casted Izanagi on himself just before the 1st kage thought he killed him.
