whats all this business about yama being the embodiment of the sun?

which sun exactly? because our sun burns at only 5505 degrees….

this means if yama went to the core of our sun with intent to kill it would die instantly…

    wtf.

    • James - September 12, 2012 at 8:26 am #

      Wtf indeed.

But how hot is the core of the Sun?

      • amitabh - September 12, 2012 at 8:39 am #

ah, just checked, my original cursory research was lacking.

        fail.

        (thanks for the heads up)

      • amitabh - September 12, 2012 at 8:43 am #

oh, suns core is 15.7 million kelvin

        or: 15,699,727ºC

      • Brandon - September 12, 2012 at 9:20 am #

Mangareader’s (or mangapanda which are the same) translations differs from the mangastream translations…

one stating 15.000 celcius and one stating 15.000.000 degrees…

I think Mangastream has the right one, and it does come close to the core temperature of the sun

      • MightyM - September 14, 2012 at 11:48 pm #

        Dude. It’s like 5 degrees.

    • Bleach Fan - September 15, 2012 at 2:44 am #

Yama-ji is not a human, he is a spirit, so sun does not burn him. You could try to confirm this, if you know any, Astral Traveler, who can or have traveled to the sun.

so, can we now say that, when it comes to anime characters in anime history, yamamoto in bankai, makes him the elite of the elites?

I ask this because, I’ve seen anime characters that are powerful enough to destroy planets and yet can easily die by being knocked into the sun. And It’s now confirmed that his bankai is equivalent to a sun.

Does this make yamamoto an Elite of the Elites?

    • Roby - September 12, 2012 at 5:40 pm #

      Uhma.. i wouldn’t say that.
His power is THAT of the Sun, not the power of the Sun. It’s still limited to his rejatsu.

Anyway so far we have seen him only blow up a stone, which isn’t very big of a deal.

I wouldn’t put any of Bleach characters any level near Sayans, and their enemies.

    • MDre - September 13, 2012 at 10:38 am #

how would a super saiyan be able to fight a spirit? I know goku can see ghost but he only sees them as small blob shaped clouds. and I’m not going to even go on the level to explain how spirit energy is greater than physical energy, and the power of one’s spiritual pressure.

Bleach character’s base powers are the definition of Over Powered. and I for one, think it’s unfair, the attributes of spiritual power that was explain in the first 25 episodes is just too over powered. Even going through a spirit converter, to adjust your durability to that of a souls level is meaningless if you can’t see whom your fighting.

Kubo really knows how to troll other mangakas when it comes to basics of spiritual powers.

      • Titus - September 13, 2012 at 10:43 am #

Since you want to go by each of the Universe’s principles, then Bleach loses without even being able to try.

To explain, Goku sees spirits and ghosts as small blob shaped clouds because in the DBZ verse, you would have to earn your body after you die by having done several good deeds while on earth.

Since Ichigo never did that many good deeds to earn his after life body while on earth before he became a shinigami, he would be a small blob shaped cloud himself, right?

So ya, Goku > Small Cloud Shaped blob.

      • MDre - September 13, 2012 at 11:10 am #

nope just to goku’s perspective. he would look different than he really is.

      • Roby - September 13, 2012 at 11:53 am #

Well.. I’m a little bit surprised of myself MDre, since I used to respect you a lot, but I’ve to tell the truth. I think your argument is invalid.

By the way, it was my error, falling in a question for which you did not explain what should have been the “measure” of the compare. I took it as “who could perform the greatest damage against things” rather than “who would win if put one against each other”.

The lesson of Aizen, the smartass, has taught me that raw power is by no means a good way to determine who would win those types of fights. So I wouldn’t answer anymore.

      • Afterdeath - September 15, 2012 at 4:47 pm #

actually goku was a soul when he was fighting majin buu. plus the fact if ichigo fought goku while they were both souls…im not gonna say who would win (i like to keep my opinion to myself) but it would be a good battle

    • MDre - September 13, 2012 at 2:04 pm #

Even though some are sour by my comment, I’m still considering yamamoto possibly being an Elite of the Elites in the circumstances of fair, going all out fights.

      • amitabh - September 13, 2012 at 2:48 pm #

        @roby: ”Uhma.. i wouldn’t say that.

why would you make a distinction that was never there and get it wrong? He was talking about yama being elite of the elites…this is measured in fights. If any DBZ character hit yama, they would die, none of them ever punched the core of a sun. argument over. Seems like unnecessary butthurt to me.

”The lesson of Aizen, the smartass, has taught me that raw power is by no means a good way to determine who would win those types of fights. So I wouldn’t answer anymore.”

and heres another example that you give which means the bleach vs dbz argument cant be invalid. And its not like there arent other bleach characters with powers that would be dangerous for saiyans, who skills are basically screaming like retards, ejaculating at each other and fighting like mosquitos on crack.

        ‘Planets don’t hit back’

      • Roby - September 13, 2012 at 3:47 pm #

        @amitabh:
lol, who are you, an aspiring defense lawyer? :-P
        Just Kidding, meh..

By the way, it may be a consequence of the fact that English is not my mother language – as easily pointed out by thousands of grammar errors I barely notice before hitting the “post” button – but the expression “Elite of the Elites” didn’t suggest me anything more than “Highest in rank”. As a consequence a question arose naturally: which type of rank?

Anyway, I’m not that sure that in Bleach the power that Shinigami have is THAT special. Your point is that since Yamaji possess the power of the Sun, whatever comes in touch with his blade is LIKE coming in touch of the Sun, 1:1. Leaving away the consideration that the Sun is not proper “fire”, nor shipped with a uniform temperature distribution and that his real “capabilities” are far beyond what Jamaji can do, there is still some space for questions.

In fact the CC left us with the idea that his bankai has refined in the last 1000 years, and while also last time his blade possessed the power of the Sun, now it is more destructive and – if i did not take it wrong – has a different “materialization” [BB already saw his bankai, but didn’t know about the flame disappearance [surprised] or the west defence suit]. This makes little no sense if you consider the Shinigami power just “constant special powers” but makes a lot of sense if you think that all that fire is JUST an expression of Rejatsu. A CC wich has trained for 1000 more years has a greater and refined Rejatsu, hence more strength and control over his powers. But what happens if you consider special abilities as particular Rejatsu manifestations?
Every match is determined by Rejatsu level. A “trick” can not have any effect on the opponent if the level of rejatsu with which is shipped [and generated] is far less than the rejatsu of the opponent. As an example, a water-blade would not be [obviously] defeated by a fire-blade that has not enough rejatsu to make considerable advantage of side-effects of using the fire element. Anoter example? An illusion like that made by Aizen on other people, wouldn’t have worked if his power level was that of a common weakling shinigami. It was his big rejatsu that shipped him with the capability of tricking other captains.
So – to summarize – special abilities are not “functional” just for the power they advertise, but their effectiveness ALSO depends on the level of the rejatsu involved.

And here comes my objection in respect to your way of saying “Sayans would touch the sun and be burnt out”. What makes the equivalent of rejatsu in Dragon Ball? The “Aura” or “Inner Energy”. And Sayan got a lot of it, not only they could reach 4th level of tranformations, but could also use energy of people on earth and other living things. So, I don’t have any means to compare two slightly different concepts, but i would leave you with one question:

What makes you so sure that the energy/power levels of a sayan was so damn low that they could not sustain an attack from CC? Leave the Sun definition for a while and think in terms of rejatsu.

It’s just like thinking that since Goku had a bone body, he could have been stabbed in the night, simply and easily. Doesn’t their “power” deflect attacks of this type? Just like Superman? Try to shoot him, nothing happens. :-|

AFAIK this is a complicated question, that was the reason i wanted to leave out as soon as i understood what MDre was really asking about. I’m not in the title of answering, just posting some clues and more questions. But i feel like you’re over simplifying, led by the excitement of this week release.

        @MDre:
lol, i didn’t know what “sour” meant up until now. It really sounds like “sauer”, it was so simple! Thanks.
By the way, it’s not like that. :-)

      • Roby - September 13, 2012 at 3:59 pm #

        Addendum:
The same consideration made for Goku and Super Man, holds in Soul Society. A zampakutou which is not shipped with enough rejatsu and will power, will never cut Zaraki Kenpachi, because he has a lot of rejatsu. [no special iron skin power, just rejatsu]

But provide the blade with enough power and ta-dah!, the magic is done, Zaraki can enjoy the fight and be cut down.

      • amitabh - September 13, 2012 at 6:54 pm #

as you say, the dbz characters spiritual power would have to be able to overcome yamas, but still, superaizen had HIGH levels of reiatsu and ichigo was above him but aizen still converted damage(burned arm), which means that even if the reiatsu was MUCH higher, its not a guaranteed win.

If anything, i would say, what makes you think a saiyan could not take damage from yama? And no one said they have ‘such damn low spirit power’, i said they would die if they attacked his body, but i suppose if the sword hits, its the same. Its not ridiculous to imagine, is it? They could have enormous spirit power but that doesnt mean it would be enough.

Obviously one could write a story where a supreme character in dbz can have more spirit power than yamamoto, but the reverse can also be true.

destruction of a planet is not really what yama is going for anyway, and if you remember the fact that point has been made in the past regarding flagrant use of abilities and havoc wrought from it.

bleach is often about restraint in use of power(often as a cop out, i admit) but that doesnt have to be the limit of it, given an appropriate situation

      • Roby - September 13, 2012 at 7:51 pm #

whoouum, well, who told me that? Nobody, in fact that wasn’t my point. And if i got you there, I’m sorry to mis-convince you, I may have not explained myself correctly.

Rejatsu and Spiritual Energy are not the same – you’re right -, and it’s hard to compare them in a “fight one vs. one”. That was the reason I immediately jumped on the conclusion that the question was against the amount of damage vs objects (which can unfortunately be limited only to what we has seen so far, and as you correctly point out, in Bleach the characters try to make a limited use of their power, while in DB every enemy seemed to appeal the planet destroyal thing).

Yeah, there is no guaranteed win [obviously not taking into consideration the protagonist winning plot line]. That is also evident in Bleach, and in some cases it was a little bit outlined also in DB. Rejatsu has a big deal, but correct match of power side effects helps a lot when the difference is not too damn high. Also smart planning ahead makes A LOT OF difference, even though many times the opponents smart plans just looked like a streamlined way in which Kubo redistributed power balancing according to his planned development of the story line, rather than character’s smart choices. Also in Bleach there is this funny sequence of “coincidences” that apparently explain magnificently some wins and loses, but really look odd and made up.

Jumping back to your question, I think that it’s completely not obvious who could over-power the other among the two, in a 1vs.1 fight. If a Sayan can use his spiritual energy as a defense barrier around his body, or has just an improved body [i didn’t really understand that thing in DB], to not get killed by their “Kamehameha” shoots, then they may be able to oppose some kind of resistance to CC power, and if not, at least try to attack him from distance [with Kamehameha-like attacks]. Both attacks (the burning of CC and the energy ball of SS) are made up of rejatsu/spiritual energy at the end of the day. Who knows? I certainly not.
        :-)

Anyway, i’m pretty satisfied by this discussion and the clues that you’ve dragged in in the plate. Thanks ^^

    • MDre - September 15, 2012 at 6:19 pm #

I don’t understand why ichigo gets brought up when were talking about yamamoto being an Elite of the Elites. forget ichigo, yamamoto FTMF WIN.

  4. ERNOLD DERPSERNERGER - September 12, 2012 at 2:14 pm #

what i dont get is how yama tells juha he can see if the bankai is the same as 1000 years ago.. but then juha acts all surprised and doesnt know it’s abilities..

and juhas sword got like melted away right?

    • Brandon - September 12, 2012 at 3:02 pm #

My gues? When Juha attacked Yama, Yama didn’t even counter it with his sword, but vapourised it with his body heat…

Hence why he told Juha “to make it visible for him”

      • amitabh - September 12, 2012 at 4:39 pm #

lol, ‘i suppose i have to make it visible for you’ made me laugh XD, that was a lamekubo move. F*** WHY?! KUBO!!

Just like shinji completely explaining his powers to aizen…

ie KUBO: ‘i have to floss this power to the readers…but how?

screw tactics! lets go for hack drama!

seriously tho, it seems more likely that the flame cloak could be stolen somehow…depending on how the stealing medallions would work against something like this, if they even did.

      • James - September 12, 2012 at 7:18 pm #

lol….if this was the case…then Kubo shouldn’t have hidden it in the first place XD
Kubo should rather let the opposing fighter figure the stuff out, much like the Stark vs Kyoraku fight.

And BB assuming control over CC’s Bankai is one way to make him overpowered as hell, it least its no illusion powers. -.-

      • amitabh - September 13, 2012 at 9:14 am #

yeah, the fights should be like an unfolding puzzle, otherwise its purely demonstative.

alternatively, what if also the moment Juhas sword impacted, a ambient flare glow nearly blinds him, but we see no flames, so every time he tries to hit yama the world nearly whites out. Bleach. lol.

and also juha would be cooked like a frog in slowly boiling water as the ambient heat gradually saps his reiatsu, so he would have to draw reishi to stay raw lol XD

      • Brandon - September 13, 2012 at 12:36 pm #

        I just thought about this…

What if Juha stole Yama’s Bankai and uses it???

Juha is still human (if he’s a quincy that is) so wouldn’t he be like… dead the moment he uses it?

I mean, come on… Yama’s more than on fire at the moment! A human would be atomised the same second he uses this power… though tis a manga…

      • amitabh - September 13, 2012 at 2:54 pm #

well, i dunno, it depends on the capacity of the stealing tech.

they didnt know if they could steal ichigos bankai before trying, it turned out that they couldnt, but they might be able to steal yamas…yama is powerful but this goes back to my trancendance thinking, is he transcendental? I suspected that what blocked ichigos being stolen was his power being based in a higher dimension.

        but i dunno

    • amitabh - September 12, 2012 at 4:31 pm #

perhaps its the wording…as in yama means ‘why dont you tell me if you think its the same as a thousand years ago’ read the MS scan.

it seems the old bankai was less controlled and had more ambient fire when active, hence why juha was surprised the flames vanished last chapter and why he knows nothing of north and south. The blade has always atomised everything, but now it is extremely restrained and precise.

    • MDre - September 13, 2012 at 2:08 pm #

juha was so worrie about if yamamoto’s bankai has changed in the last 1000 years. I wonder if this means that juha’s powers has completely changed since there last encounter. also I just want to see WTF juha can do because he hasn’t shown us any of his ability besides strength.

      • Brandon - September 13, 2012 at 2:11 pm #

I concur… Juha has to show some Quincy abilities or just fucking retreat…

He’s done enough damage to do the latter and might be strong enough to do the first…

If he manage to steal Yama’s Bankai for some reason I might get upset a little, because these chapters were useless otherwise

      • amitabh - September 13, 2012 at 2:58 pm #

we still havent seen what power it is that juha used to blast the heads off the 2 arrancar he was using. Unless it was some kind of killswitch, he has either psyonics or a great projectile weapon.

He will blatantly turn into a massive nazi angel at some point tho.

  5. Legendary Super Saiyan - September 12, 2012 at 4:22 pm #

I just realised something in bleach. Every “antagonist” has a butterfly theme:
    -Byakuya: Hakutei
-Ulquiorra:release is a bat, or a black butterfly?
    -Aizen: Cocoon,Butterfly, then mega butterfly
    -Ginjo:Bankai
    -juha Bach: To be seen

    • KarakuraNinja - September 12, 2012 at 4:35 pm #

my GOD!!! ever since then, it was always butterflies. Kubo shoulda made Ichigo’s bankai a butterfly catching net

    • Legendary Super Saiyan - September 12, 2012 at 4:43 pm #

Lol it would just suck if he killed a hell butterfly when he gets to SS. But a butterfly net could have killed aizen for good!

    • RANDY MARSH THE BUTTERFLY - September 12, 2012 at 4:46 pm #

A butterfly is beautiful. Just have a look at my beautiful butterfly wings… clearly why Kubo loves the butterfly theme.

    • MDre - September 13, 2012 at 9:01 am #

I like dragonball series and all, and I do consider goku to be one of the strongest characters in anime but he’s not the strongest. I would bring up power levels but lets face it, power levels became pointless during the fight with gohan and frieza on planet namek. not even goku nor frieza can survive the conditions of the sun. and I don’t like saying this but I’ve realized it’s true when I watch the entire dragonball series from the start of dragon ball to dragonball GT uncut in December. Goku can even see spirits. to him spirits look like small clouds. he can only see dead spirits that were given the right to have a bodies in the afterlife, and this is all fact. re watch the all the episodes in the series uncut like I did last December, and this revelation will hit you hard.

      • MDre - September 13, 2012 at 9:18 am #

and don’t get me started on Tenchi Masaki. a character who’s birth right powers exceeds all the creation of the god that created him. hell he’s even stronger than the God that created him, there universe, and her two other God sister that have also created universe. and he’ even strong enough to defeat the mother of those Gods that even all three God siblings can defeat her. Techi Masaki is a god who’s powers can drastically change, alter and destroy reality it self, if it’ left unchecked. So if you want to know the top tier elite is, tenchi’s powers owns everyone by fact of the tenchi muyo! and tenchi muyo!GXP series.

Yep, Goku is great… Until he faces Kenshiro.

Signature: Kenshiro Can One-Shot ANY DB or DBZ character.

i think goku can beat yamamoto though some don’t consider it canon in gt he fought some one who used a simaler power but his tempture only rivaled the surface of the sun not its core another would be like MDre said Tenchi Masaki one who can destory all if he wished theres also Gurren Lagann in its final battle a dozon or so galaxys were destroyed actally they used one for a battle ground

  8. throwawayanon - September 13, 2012 at 9:21 am #

Calling it right now. Juha was just a distraction for Yamamoto to use his Bankai, and one of the Ishidas will oneshot Yamamoto :D

It seems something that in intellegent fighter would do, which suits the Quincy mentality perfectly.

    • KarakuraNinja - September 13, 2012 at 9:37 am #

I highly doubt the Isshin’s are with the empire. Its been hinted that Ryuken ran away from the quincies.

Ryuken doesn’t take pride in his quincy heritage.
He made Uryu promise not to get involved with soul reapers because it would lead to vandenreich eventually finding them.
He is friends with Isshin and they are both doctors.
Ryuken is never with the other quincies because he hates them they are fallen remeber, they are more artificial whereas Ishidas fight traditionally.

      • MDre - September 13, 2012 at 10:26 am #

lmao you said Isshin’s…. twice. I think you meant to say Ishida’s.

      • Trolling Mode: Activated 2.0 - September 13, 2012 at 8:56 pm #

He said it once, he meant to say Ryuken and Isshin are friends and doctors. He messed up on the first sentence.

      • MDre - September 13, 2012 at 9:35 pm #

yeah I know but he still said isshin twice. BD

some of you remember I posted a prediction with Yama trolling Juhabach, I decided to make a different prediction.

Bleach Chapter 508 – Moon and Sun
Juhabach: I still haven’t forgotten your ability, infact I should’ve expected it to be stronger…
Yamamoto: You can’t touch me, my body is hotter than the sun and so is the blade, its over Juhabach.
Juhabach: I’ve captured some bankais to fight you with.
Yamamoto: My bankai is the strongest in the seretei!! no bankai can beat it!!
Juhabach: Lets give it a try!!
Toshiro: Huh where are you going?!
The robed quincy vanishes and appears next to Juhabach giving the medallion
Yamamoto strikes at Juhabach but the Quincy intercepts and dies instead, Juhabach steps back
Yamamoto: A sacrifice… you sicken me Juhabach
    Juhabach: Roar Hyourinmaru!!!!!
    Nothing happens
    Juhabach: ?!
Yamamoto: You didn’t notice yet did you? considering yur extremly high spiritual pressure, it would take time to notice… all water has been vapourised, no water element bankai can stop the sun…
    Juhabach: tch!
Yamamoto: Give up… the sun can melt anything before it even hits it… projectiles are also useless…
blonde quincy: So Soi Fon and Kommamura’s bankais are useless?
Juhabach: …and Overkill wasn’t able to do much with Sasikibee’s bankai…
Yamamoto: This bankai is one of 2 sacred bankas to exist in all of soul society… there is the sun… and the moon.
    Juhabach: …the moon eh?!
Yamamoto: Yes… the incredibly dense Lunar blade… the one weapon that is so concentrated that it can pierce even the Sun… due to its concentration and speed, the sun cannot melt it in time due to its unbelievable density…
Juhabach: I was right… at considering Kurosaki Ichigo a war potential
A panel shows Ichigo standing in the cage exhausted
Yamamoto: He saved Soul Society countless times, he was one of few in the history of soul society to learn the final bankai which far surpasses my power.
    Juhabach: Heh heh…
Unohana: Its getting to hot here
Kyouraku: What is taking you long Yama-jii?
Ukitake: At this rate Soul Society will be destroyed…
    Yamamoto: ?!
Juhabach holds a dark blade with the same hilt as Ichigo’s
Yamamoto: Juhabach… what is the meaning of this?
Juhabach: Do you remember your old friend who was once head of the Kuchiki clan…? Ginrei Kuchiki
Yamamoto: …what are you getting at?
Juhabach: You must be aware that Byakuya Kuchiki and Ginrei both have similar zanpacktou…
Yamamoto: Its true that a blood descendant from a noble clan inherits a similar zanpacktou after all they are genuine children, most children are orphans in the seretei hence the distinct variation in zanpacktou.
Juhabach: Did you know… about Ichigo’s father Ishin Kurosaki?
    Yamamoto: ?! you didn’t…
    Juhabach: Engetsu!!!
Caption: The Sun vs the Moon!!

    • Brandon - September 13, 2012 at 12:26 pm #

      Yes and no…

Yes – I Like the idea of the whole sun and moon thing, and Juha using it to overcome Yama

No – I think fighting fire with fire, as a matter of speech, would not be cool… Yama losing because of the usage of a bankai would be dull, since Quincies have fucking powers on their own! They can win without stolen bankais so let them do so! (no offence to you)

And, I do not think that Engetsu was stolen since, like you have written down, Engetsu and Zangetsu share similar powers… concluding that Engetsu cannot be stolen much like Zangetsu (and maybe Ryuujin Jakka)

Also, you are forgetting it’s still Bleach… there is talk, but not /this/ much… you only get 5 panels a week, so only 8-13 speech bubbles (fyi, I am exaggerating)

  10. jennatalia - September 13, 2012 at 12:26 pm #

One doesn’t simply walk into the SS unprepared for CC’s bankai. Juha has to have a way to counter it some how, just like Aizen, or why bother invading at all?

  11. fox fire - September 13, 2012 at 1:58 pm #

    yama`s bankai is amazing!
    but bb will steal it….

    • Monkey D. Natsu - September 13, 2012 at 2:05 pm #

Lol Blackbeard will not Buckbeard. :D

  12. fox fire - September 13, 2012 at 5:03 pm #

i am really interested to see Unohana fighting.

Kubo said she will fight in this Arc! And then we see her bankai……maybe epic!

  13. diablo - September 13, 2012 at 11:54 pm #

Aizen was impressed when he thought that a swing of his sword his enough to change the land goku does that just screaming… Point made

  14. diablo - September 14, 2012 at 12:11 am #

My be this guy make sense may be thats why they were trying to steal ichigo bankai

  15. dex - September 14, 2012 at 1:15 am #

maybe kubo doesnt plan to go hueco mundo back…something will happen in SS and ichigo will just appear…what happened in hueco mundo will be shown as flashback when ichigo or urahara tells everyone why he was late…yamaji will fight BB while ichgo will fight blondie…

about DBZ…super saiyan 3 was the mode which can only be used in spirit form …he learned it in spirit world…when goku used it in living world it was hard to handle (was meant for spirit world only)…so Goku had spiritual powers and he can kill shinigamis too…

    • dex - September 14, 2012 at 1:18 am #

its like DBZ super saiyan 3 is daddy form of:
      ichigo FGT
      aizen butterfly
      yamaji bankai

    • Sakanade - September 14, 2012 at 2:58 pm #

You are making inconsistent conclusions, ‘killing a shinigami’ has never been mentioned in Dragonball, also you cant make sense of fiction that way.

      • dex - September 15, 2012 at 4:52 am #

ok maybe “killing a shinigami” is inconsistent…but super saiyan 3 mode is a spiritual form power…goku himself explains this…when vegeta and goku fight each other(vegeta lets underworld guy possess him to fight goku) and goku doesnt use SS3…later on vegeta is pissed about goku not using SS3 against him and goku explains that its a mode he develpoed in spiritual form…about its power level…when goku uses it his power reverberates throughtout the universe…he could fight boo guy on equal terms with SS3…only problem was that he could not keep it up for very long as he had only one day on earth(he was dead and a spirit…his spiritual energy was fading)…the whole DBZ vs bleach thing cant be compared but it is the only spiritual power in DBZ…and whole shinigami thing is spiritual…so for sake of comparing we can compare dbz and bleach like this…

    /// old topic \\\
I know this is way out in the left field and i think I’ve already brought this up, but what if the swords man/women that defeated kirge isn’t grimmjow. I don’t see why grimmjow would go straight toward urahara because he dosn’t know him. If it in fact was grimmjow, it’s more likely he would of stood infront of orihime because they know each other. Now my guess to who’s standing in front of urahara with a blade is either a vizard, Isshin, Yoruichi, Ashido Kanō (comfirmed to be cannon), or Karin kurosaki ( far from likely, but this would blow my mind if it’s her).

It could very well be someone else we forgot about like Menoly and/or Loly because orihime did heal them with the tres bestias and the tres bestias came back instantly after they were healed. or some other new or old character. I know some don’t care since we are getting Yamamoto and juha’s fight, but this may be revealed in the next two to five chapters. so what do guys and girls think about this old topic?

    • MDre - September 14, 2012 at 8:11 pm #

oh man I should of read this before posting it. there so many errors lmao.

    • Roby - September 14, 2012 at 8:44 pm #

lol, you should re-post it into next-week page, you won’t get much attention on week-end :-)

I never thought it was Grimmjow from the very beginning, but I recently happen to mispredict so I wouldn’t take my opinion too seriously. :-)

I would pick up an “other sided” Quincy, like Ryuken. But he is a pure, so he should not have a sword like other Quincy under BB leadership.

Ashido Kanō? That would be nice! And then he leads Urahara in the secred base that other ex-Espada are using :-)
      Naah, i’m just dreaming….

      • MDre - September 14, 2012 at 9:31 pm #

        yeah, i guess I will.

    • Sakanade - September 15, 2012 at 3:10 am #

I think Yama-ji will lose to Bach because Ichigo is cooking up something and he still hasn’t shown his face yet.

    Meanwhile this section stays dead…

Pitty… but there is nothing much to discuss, so I gues it isn’t weird

    • Titus - September 15, 2012 at 9:24 pm #

Everything about the previous chapter has already been thoroughly discussed, I assume.

Which is basically why this place seems so off-topic majority of the time.

Wednesday to Thursday/Friday tends to be the days when discussions about the mangas are at their peak.

All the days in between are pretty much spam because there’s no longer anything anybody feels is worth discussing.

    • Sakanade - September 15, 2012 at 11:06 pm #

Kubo needs to make things to discuss.
