WT’s chapters are always better than the spoilers and always bring something more. But that spoiler is already enough to discuss for 2 weeks lol

    – Yuri and Kronin
    – Hyuse’s Trigger set
    – T2 vs Kageura, Azuma and Suzunari-1
    – Kido!

Ashihara is a fcking genious! That’s the answer for the question: “How to make a full chapter considering mistery, funny parts, fights, strategy and plot development?”

    • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 3:12 pm #

Lots to talk about. Especially 2nd and 3rd points. Speculations full steam ahead.

  3. Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 3:05 pm #

No early release this week. No transcript will be out. Raws won’t be available until Monday. 99% we won’t get the chapter. No worries. I will post the Viz links on Tuesday. Until then here are the full spoilers all at one place: (PICS BELOW)

    – Osamu is thinking about what kinda people the veterans are.
    – Reiji is restless and he sets Chika’s collar straight and Konami tells the rest that it’s not something unusual.
    – Yuri and Kronin return and are welcomed.
    – Yuri introduces herself to everyone and says she’s the niece of the Branch Chief. YURI RINDOU TAMAKOMA BRANCH OPERATOR (24)
    – MICHAEL KRONIN [CANADIAN] TAMAKOMA BRANCH, HQ CHIEF ENGINEER (32)
    – Yuri says that since they’ve spoken about them on the phone it doesn’t feel like the first time.
    – Bride comedy bit between Yotaro, Yuri and Reiji.
    – Cronin asks if Hyuse is from Aftokrator. Usami also tells him that she has set Hyuse to be Cronin’s relative. Cronin assumes it’s set to son but then settles for nephew because son is a bit too much.
    – Rindo “Thanks for the hard work.” Yuri says it was fun and Kusakabe and Katagiri Squads were fun.
    – Kronin asks about the next match and it’s Kageura and Azuma and Suzunari-1.

    1. Ninomiya – 37
    2. Kageura – 34
    3. Ikoma – 30
    4. T-2 – 30

    – That’s a 4 point difference and merely tying will not suffice because the squads that had a better position when the season started will have a better position in case of a tie.
    – Osamu “It seems complicated but we’re different from before. We have the wires and Chika’s Lead Bullet. Moreover we also have Hughes. So a direct confrontation with Kageura Squad is the best opportunity for us.”
    – Cronin “When it comes to new members the first thing to do is to set trigger configuration. Come Hyuse, let’s check yours.” Hyuse and Yuma go with Cronin and Osamu and Chika go with Usami to review the matches of opponents
    – Some small talk between Konami and Osamu regarding how close Tamakoma Branch is to HQ and stuff.
    – Chika to attend Joint Sniper Practice Training at 4.00 p.m.
    – Reiji and Yuri help in making Osamu’s room.

Hyuse says his requirements to Kronin. He wants to main KOGETSU. Also wants Karasuma’s shield that comes from the ground (ESCUDO). Cronin says something about greater Trion consumption of Escudo. Hyuse also asks for Changing Bullets (VIPER) of Nasu. Kronin asks about the free slot but Hyuse is like “This is enough for now.” [There is a bit of dialogue here. I’ve skipped that and written only the core points.]

    Hyuse’s trigger set:

    Main: Kogetsu, Senku, Shield, Free
    Sub: Ciper, Escudo, Shield, Bagworm.

    – Time for Chika to leave for the sniper practice.
    – Yuri be like “We’ve cleaned it up pretty well. But there might be belongings of previous owners. Don’t worry about that.”
    – Osamu walks up to the door and the name plate says Kido. Osamu is surprised.

    To be continued in 162.

  4. Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 3:10 pm #

    Comments about this chapter:

    – This is the at least the third face off between Kageura and Azuma squad. Round-4, Round-5 and next round 7.
    – Hyuse is the only agent in Current B-Rank to use Escudo.
    – Rindou also has an assistant like Shinoda. Yuri and Sawamura respectively. Both are 24 years old.
    – Hyuse chose to go with Viper instead of auto homing Hound in his off hand triggers. There are only 6 other agents and all of them in B-Rank who use Kogetsu and Shooter trigger combination.
    – So Hyuse can now use Escudo to protect the wire zones from a bit wide attacks unlike shield. Probably gonna team up Hyuse, Osamu and Chika, Yuma to spice up things with broken teamwork between Hyuse and Osamu.
    – I believe that the name plate is from the days of old border and not a relative of Kido.

    • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 3:11 pm #

I will talk about the Points Table in a bit more detail in a later post.

    • Kouhei - October 13, 2016 at 3:44 pm #

The choice of Viper is surprising. Hyuse will be an attacker, but Viper is aslo used by all rounders, gunners and shooters. I think he’ll create formations spontaneously like Nasu did. And that’ll make him an attacker different from Yuma. Escudo consumes a good amount of Trion, but Hyuse can handle it. Nice trigger set choice IMO.

      • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 4:31 pm #

Even I wonder why he chose Viper rather than Hound. Both are homing rounds but in my prediction I had Viper too. Many did. And Hyuse is the first Kogetsu + Viper agent. Every other agent either uses Hound or Meteor. Except Miwa who uses Viper as a gunner trigger, there is no one else in Border using this combination. Also, I think that he was pretty amazed by its ability to be micromanaged. You can’t do that with Hound. Imo, Hyuse will be a very important piece in the upcoming battle.

  5. Kouhei - October 13, 2016 at 4:18 pm #

The main fights of this round will probably be starring Hyuse, Kuga, Murakami, Kageura and Azuma. What’s your opinions for match ups? My guesses:

    – Kuga Vs Kageura
We need a proper fight with those two on 100% trion.

    – Hyuse Vs Murakami
Hyuse is hyped, and for what he showed, he is around the same level as Ko.

    – Azuma vs Chika & Osamu
After the shot through the wall, Osamu is aware of Azuma’s amazing accuracy. I think T2 will need a special strategy to beat Azuma. I think Azuma is gonna be a important variable on this round.

Kuruma & Taichi (Suzunari-1) are complications but IMO the first ones to B.O. Kitazoe & Yuzumu are troublesome, they’ll help Kageura to freely fight Kuga I guess. Okudera and Koarai are also troublesome, but I have the feeling that they will fall on traps like lead bullets and wires.

    Chances of victory:

    KAGEURA – 30%
    AZUMA – 27%
    TAMAKOMA-2 – 23%
    SUZUNARI-1 – 20%

I think Suzunari-1 can’t win even with a good strategy. They are like T2 without Hyuse, they need another Ace. Kageura will have a hard time because of the captain’s temper, but Zoei, Yuzumu and Hikare seems to be good in improvise (damn Kageura). Azuma should have the best strategy, but they’ll have a hard time because of Hyuse. And T2 IMO has the upper hand because of Hyuse. But that won’t be enough.

I think Kuga will be closer to Osamu and Chika at first. I bet Osamu, Chika, Kuruma, Taichi and Kitazoe will be the first targets. The team who loses less from those will have the advantage on the second strike.

Damn, I’m excited for this battle!

    • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 4:37 pm #

Next match is going to be a clusterfuck. So goddamn chaotic. For one we have Osamu creating wires and Hyuse to protect the zones using his Escudo. Then we have Kitazoe’s random grenades which cause diversions giving both Kage and Azuma openings to eliminate the opponents. As Zoe pointed out at the end of Round 6, the only way to eliminate the wires is bombardment of Meteor. Then there are ace snipers. Azuma and Ema. Both are so fucking skilled at scoring points. Chika is always ready to cause an annoyance. And beyond that is the attackers’ battle. Ko v. Kage v. Kuga v. Koarai&Okudera

I honestly don’t know how Taichi and Kuruma are going to fit in this scenario. Both of them suffered against one single Nasu. Against agents like these they’re gonna have a lot of problem.

Lol. I don’t know how you came up with the numbers but they seem acceptable to me.

      • Kouhei - October 13, 2016 at 5:08 pm #

Lol let me try to explain.

        KAGEURA – 30%
        – 2nd team so far
        – The captain is a beast and has an important SE
        – Even though Kageura is reckless, the team compansates it

        AZUMA – 27%
        – Best snipper
        – IMO the best strategist team
        – Okudera and Koarai are very strong individually too

        TAMAKOMA-2 – 23%
        – With 2 Aces, they’re on the same league as the top 5 B rank
        – Hyuse is a surprise and will make it difficult for the other squads to come up with strategies
        – Osamu and Chika are not taken as burdens anymore

        SUZUNARI-1 – 20%
        – Depends solely of Ko
        – They lost to T2 when they didn’t had Hyuse
        – Murakami’s SE won’t help them now

        • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 6:13 pm #

          1) Agree with every point. Zoe and Ema are top notch support giving the captain absolute freedom to rampage. Zoe with his high trion and Meteor causes a massive disturbance and we all know Kage thrives in disturbance. It’s tough for other agents to stay focused while it’s easy for Kage. Ema provides surgical support. All in all a great balanced team. But here’s the problem. In Round-4 Ninomiya was present to take care of Ema and Zoe and in this match we have other snipers. It is really hard to randomly bombard with the presence of snipers because if he gets discovered, he’s dead meat.

          2) Azuma is arguably the best strategist coming up with some really good tactics impromptu. Okudera and Koarai might be strong individually but not to the level of the opponents in this match. Everyone severely outclass them in every stat.

          3) Tamakoma has a massive advantage in this battle but Hyuse has decided to sabotage this match (Kidding) but he has decided to not follow Osamu’s orders 100%. This is going to play a very crucial role in the game.

          4) Arguably the weakest team in the game akin to Tamakoma. Solely dependent on Ko, this team will have to pull every stratagem in their arsenal to come even remotely close to the opponents. Kuruma and Taichi aren’t all that strong and the entire burden rests on Ko. This flaw was pointed out by Tachikawa at the end of Round-3 that the reason Suzunari lost their game was because Kuruma waited for Murakami (He also said that looking at strategies in hindsight and pointing out flaws is easier than coming up with them)

    • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 4:41 pm #

Actually I love how Hyuse is being given opponents that Yuma has faced before. Almost like the author wants us to compare them both. Except this time Murakami won’t have the sleep advantage. Gotta see how Hyuse plays this one.

There is also one other interesting dynamic. Ko can’t defeat Kage. Ema might assist Chika at certain points. None of Taichi, Azuma or Chika can snipe Kage so the Lead Bullets are useless against him. Okudera and Koarai can’t handle any agent alone i.e. the match is being set up so that certain agents have immunity against certain other agents.

  6. Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 4:42 pm #

People are kind of disappointed that Yuba squad isn’t the next opponent. What do you guys have to say about this?

    • wtf - October 13, 2016 at 4:54 pm #

      disappointed
yuba squad is the best candidate

      • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 6:14 pm #

        Too bad “mate”.

        • Vision - October 14, 2016 at 12:54 am #

          We should respond with “wtf”

        • Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 2:48 am #

My bad. I’ll do just that next time.

    • Komori Ningen - October 13, 2016 at 5:19 pm #

Well they will be used for the last game with Ninomiya.
      That game will be lit
This one is already lit as it is
The best attackers of the rank wars will be fighting
      Plus the best snipers !!!
      This fight will Not disappoint

      • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 6:16 pm #

At this point, I am of the same opinion. That round will be a highlight. Lol I’m merely restating everything you’ve already stated in your comment.

But to add some value to my comment, here’s something new. For those of you who’ve been expecting to see some new faces, there is a good chance that the colour commentators in the next match will be Kusakabe and/or Katagiri Squads. So, keep your hopes alive :P

    • Kouhei - October 13, 2016 at 5:24 pm #

I think Ashihara is holding them for the final round. T2 x Yuba x Ninomiya. What’s yuba’s position on the rank?

      1. Ninomiya – 37
      2. Kageura – 34
      3. Ikoma – 30
      4. T-2 – 30

      • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 6:18 pm #

This is actually one of the bigger points of discussion. What happened to Yuba Squad? I have some statistics and possible scenarios I want to share regarding Kageura v. Yuba v. Azuma squad match. This happened in Round-5 in the upper bracket parallel to T-2 v. Katori v. Kakizaki in the middle bracket.

  7. Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 4:54 pm #

In face of the new information, who do you think is stronger? Yuma or Hyuse?

    • Kouhei - October 13, 2016 at 5:27 pm #

Kuga seems stronger because he has more knowledge on Border’s way to fight. They are leveled, and that’s a healthy rivalry I’d say.

      • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 6:20 pm #

        >They are leveled.
I agree with this. But there are so many other criteria that come into play while comparing Yuma and Hyuse. I expected it to be simple but while actually comparing them I realised the amount of details I missed. Another big, separate post just like the Round-5 discussion.

    • Komori Ningen - October 13, 2016 at 5:47 pm #

      Yuma is stronger
Yuma got a win against Konami in full trigger set, the first time they clashed.
I doubt Hyuse could have done the same

      • Tomodachi - October 13, 2016 at 6:22 pm #

Yeah. Sure this plays in favour of Yuma but if you count the experience with Border triggers, his previous fights, the level of the combatant, and claims by other characters it becomes really tough. I haven’t been able to reach a solid conclusion yet lol

    • Kouhei - October 13, 2016 at 7:04 pm #

TBH Hyuse seems to be one step behind Kuga. IMO Kuga’s victory over Ko was outstanding, especially considering the friendly match and Ko’s SE. Kuga had almost no time to think about a way to overcome Ko, but he did it. Now, Kuga is the closest to the top 3 attackers (Konami, Kazama and Tachikawa). I think Kuga is above Ikoma. And Hyuse, we have to see him fighting a real battle using his definitive set. For now, I’ll say Hyuse is leveled with Ikoma and Ko. The next round is important for us to see Hyuse’s real level. I assume that Hyuse won’t fight Kageura, it’s like if Kageura and Kuga are meant to fight now. So, let’s see how Hyuse handles Ko and then we can compare Kuga and Hyuse.

      • Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 4:51 am #

That is Yuma’s specialty. So damn creative with what’s available to him. It’s almost like a second Side Effect. Yuma with Scorpion only and Ikoma with Kogetsu only? In that case Ikoma is stronger. Yuma with Grasshopper definitely put Ikoma on the defensive. I mean this is a guy who learnt Grasshopper in a day and used it as a feint on the very next day.

You’re using Yuma’s win against Ko to say that Ko’s weaker but Yuma was still weaker than Ko after that battle. This is shown in his battle after the match and before meeting Kage. This was around 2 weeks ago. Now Yuma knows Mantis, I wonder how he’ll fare against Ko currently.

  9. Bwahahaha - October 13, 2016 at 11:38 pm #

Hyuse is still cocky by saying that he will never follow Osamu as his captain but he will still cooperate because their personal goal coincides. I think time will come when Hyuse will finally accept Osamu’s worth and who knows, maybe he will permanently join T-2. Please refresh me. Does Jin own Fujin again?

Anyway, who is your favorite character from WT?

Me aside from T-2 guys, my favorites are Kazama, Tokieda and Yoneya.

    • Vision - October 14, 2016 at 12:56 am #

“time will come when Hyuse will finally accept Osamu’s worth” this is common story plot, idk why but I expect a lil bit twist from the author.

      • Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 2:53 am #

With Hyuse the team is kinda OP. So this is a nerf for this round. In the next round I believe it’ll be back to normal and they’ll work as a team.

    • Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 2:52 am #

Yeah. Hyuse won’t follow Osamu and fuck up Round-7 and then be forced to follow orders in Round-8. That’s what I think. Fujin is with HQ now. It is handed over to agents depending on who HQ wants it to go to.

Favourite character? Azuma.. maybe? Lol I can’t make up my mind.

  10. Vision - October 14, 2016 at 1:10 am #

  11. Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 3:14 am #

Hyuse v. Yuma: Prior experience and experience with Border triggers.

    Yuma:

He was taught by Yugo starting at 6. When he was 11 Yugo died. That’s 4 more years of experience in a real war. This is probably the reason why he’s so quick witted.

He saw a training Raygust in action and also used a training Raygust. Then he saw the Scorpion. Saw a real Raygust in action. Fought against a Kogetsu user and also analysed Asteroid and Lead Bullet. All this was prior to his fight with Konami. After joining Tamakoma, he had three weeks to train before the official enlistment. Battled various agents throughout his stay in Border and had another 3 weeks or so before his fight with Murakami.

    Hyuse:

Hyuse started training at the age of 8 and until 14 he used a sword. For the last two years, he’s been using his Lambiris. This also means he’s out of touch with his swordsmanship.

The first battle he saw was Round-3. He wasn’t mentored by any real agent at Tamakoma. It was Yotaro who explained them verbally. He had no chance to fight for real. He arguably trained for just 1 day before his official enlistment. Yet he was too damn fast and without any real experience with the Kogetsu he slaughtered the agents.

    • Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 4:56 am #

It’s almost like Hyuse has lesser experience but still performed brilliantly. The triggers they used and the fights they fought will be saved after a conclusion on this lol

    • Komori Ningen - October 14, 2016 at 6:45 am #

I can argue that yuma used scorpion for the first time when fighting against konami, he still managed to take one point out of konami. We don’t know if she was using her normal trigger set (axe) or she used scorpion only for the sake of training, nevertheless for a first time using scorpion, it’s impressive.

I believe that using Kogetsu is way easier since it’s a normal. Sword, so Hyuse didn’t need to “adapt” to it I order to fight. Although he was a little rusty but he still had years of experience fighting with a sword so it wasn’t really needed for him to have used border’s trigger before.
Now he got a week to master senku and viper, so when he will be fighting he won’t be so out of phase with the others.

Besides that, I’m pretty sure that Yuma was weaker than Ko during their fight and he only won thanks to the special tactic, he used.
Now Yuma was at a disadvantage because Ko analysed his fighting style and luckily he doesn’t know Hyuse’s. So hyuse has his fair chance just like Yuma was beating Ko before he used his SE.

Now comparing Yuma’s and Hyuse’s growth in adapting themselves to border, I think Hyuse is adapting quicker. He used scorpion. At a pro level while fake-stabbing Yotaro and it was his first time using it… So hyuse is definitely a genius.

If they had to get to a one on one fight, I believe that yuma will take it just because he has better experience with his trigger set, he is faster and has more mobility

      • Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 7:09 am #

Actually we don’t know what Trigger Yuma used against Konami and that makes it more impressive. He just says they all look similar and picks a different weapon. Konami’s Sogetsu looks the same as Kogetsu except in a different shape. It’s the connector that makes all the difference. Regardless, Tachikawa is No.1 while Konami is No.3. Hyuse got a win in his third match against Tachikawa while Yuma won 3 against Konami after lot of practice. While a full set would’ve made Tachikawa stronger, it definitely would’ve made Hyuse stronger too.

Except for Yuma and Kazama and Kitora, everyone else uses Scorpion like a normal blade. So I don’t think it really makes a difference between Kogetsu and Scorpion.

I agree. Ko was significantly weaker than Yuma during the first 5 battles. But his No.4 position is due to his SE. And therefore if Yuma can’t beat him yet, he still isn’t stronger than Ko. So we won’t be getting a direct comparison between Yuma and Hyuse yet again.

In a full on fight, even I believe Yuma would win solely because of his ability to improvise. Having immense real world experience (3-4 years) Yuma’s ability to think out of the box and be quick on his feet is an incredible asset. And this is where Hyuse will falter. Hyuse easily gets riled up during battle. For example, if Yuma taunts Hyuse like he taunted Midorikawa, Hyuse will snap and make wrong decisions and thereby lose. I say this because strength isn’t merely limited to Weapons and skills but also such factors. We saw how Hyuse headed into Jin’s trap because Jin said he was going to be abandoned. This is a huge advantage for Yuma.

I wonder if anyone found this before the spoilers.

      • Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 1:49 pm #

Not one person who usually predict this kinda stuff even caught that. But in their defense, noticing foreshadowing before it leads to the particular event is pretty tough actually.

Korean Raws are out. I hope we’ll get the chapter tomorrow.

    • Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 1:48 pm #

Nope. The Korean releases don’t affect WT’s translation. At least Viz chapter comes out on Monday. I’ll upload it onto imgur as and when it releases.

      • Kouhei - October 14, 2016 at 1:50 pm #

        :(

Ok. Viz is the best anyway.

        • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 4:48 am #

Actually some dude has poorly translated the korean scans and partially typesetted them. I’ll post them once they’re complete. But Viz on Tuesday, guaranteed.

Azuma Squad and Kageura Squads previous encounters:

Round-4: Both squads score 2 points each but lose the match.

Round-5: Kageura v. Azuma v. Yuba Squads. At the end of Round-4 Kage was 26 and Azuma was 19. At the end of Round-5 they were 31 and 25 respectively. (Note that this increase in score is impossible. The maximum number of points of all teams combined is 10. I believe this error will be corrected in the Volume version) Either way, Yuba squad scored ZERO POINTS while Kage and Azuma scored 5 each or 4 and 6 respectively. I don’t know how Kage was taken out, but it seems Azuma squad isn’t as vulnerable as I thought they were and can take on Kageura squad head on. Either way Azuma got at least 3 kills and at most 5 kills which are both extremely impressive.

So I believe that there’s a chance for Azuma squad to score highest points in the next match.

    • Tomodachi - October 14, 2016 at 2:02 pm #

Or if the points table is correct, then either of Kageura or Azuma or Yuba squad got one new member. It’s going to be a huge twist if this happens.

      • Kouhei - October 14, 2016 at 3:39 pm #

Shiori said that changing the team, include or exclude members during the rank battles, is something that almost never happens because it’s complicated to create strategies and a better interplay among the members. So, it’s highly unlikely that any other squad will add a new member, but it’s possible.

I really think that having more members should result on some kind of handicap. Maybe a 4 member squad should make less points. The only handicap I see are Shiori’s words and the fact that if a 4 member squad is totally defeated, they will give more points to the winning squad.

        • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 4:45 am #

You covered every downside to a 4-member squad. But having a top tier operator like Usami or Kunichika will benefit a 4-member squad positively. Look at Ren. she leart tactics from Azuma and she manages Miwa squad like a boss.

        • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 4:47 am #

          *learnt

But that’s besides the point. I was trying to say that Azuma squad is no easy squad even against Kage. I’ll try explaining the different scenario below. I’ve to work it out a bit.

        • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 4:49 am #

I don’t even know what’s going on here. One guy is like “Adele” and another “Lionel Richie”. And what in the hell is Yui? Smh lol

        • Vision - October 15, 2016 at 4:58 am #

          Hello = Adele’s song.
Idk why they mentioned lionel n yui.. maybe they have the same song title?

        • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 5:01 am #

Yui is a singer? I thought it was a typo for “Yea” I’m a plebeian when it comes to Japanese culture lmao. A few manga here and there but that’s it.

        • Vision - October 15, 2016 at 5:06 am #

SMH. Yui is the singer of “rolling star” bleach anime first opening song. She’s pretty too.

        • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 5:34 am #

Do you guys listen to the openings? I skip it every damn time. But yeah, agree on the last part :P

        • Sogekun - October 15, 2016 at 6:06 am #

Yui is a famous singer in Japan. Her songs have been featured in many animes and dramas. You know that song right?

Hello hello hello hello. How many koishiteru no? I can see sugu ni wakaru wa… :D

        • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 6:09 am #

First time I heard of Yui. And you’re asking me about a song? Lmao. I used to skip all the openings, endings etc. Gonna listen to that song now.

        • Sogekun - October 15, 2016 at 6:26 am #

I recommend you to listen her top 5 songs:

          – Goodbye-Days
          – Tokyo
          – Cooking
          – Get Back Home
          – Hello

          :D

  16. Kouhei - October 14, 2016 at 5:09 pm #

    One Piece – Buggy
    Toriko – Zongue
    Bleach – Kon
    WT – Takeru Yuiga

    • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 4:43 am #

Yuiga annoying af dude. Maybe Yotaro and Raijinmaru duo? He fits that role perfectly and is a nice kid too. Smart at times and fun at times.

  17. Komori Ningen - October 14, 2016 at 5:45 pm #

    Is Hyuse WT’s Vegeta ?

    • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 4:41 am #

As in Yuma’s rival? Could very well be. The sudden inclusion of Hyuse has made comparisons so damn difficult Lmao I actually don’t remember much about DBZ. Maybe if you elaborate, I can elucidate my opinion better.

    Chapter 60 and counting…

    • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 4:40 am #

So whats your opinion of the Invasion Arc thus far? I believe Azuma and co. defeated Rambanein in Ch.60?

      • LogicoftheVI - October 15, 2016 at 4:39 pm #

I like it but the whole ….seconds until….at the end of each chapter is kind of annoying. I get it Jin’s “Side Effect” allows him to see possible futures but feel like it’s being stressed to much. We’ll see how I feel when the arc finishes up. I’m in the 80’s now.

        • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 4:47 pm #

The point of the end text isn’t to stress on Jin’s SE. It’s to tell the readers how much longer the battle is going to last. That has nothing to do with Jin. It’s part of the narrative of the arc and how the time is being calculated. Jin seldom appears in the last arc. Several others had better screen time.

        • LogicoftheVI - October 15, 2016 at 6:58 pm #

The only reason we know that there is this time issue is due to Jin’s SE though at least that is how I feel about it. He even stated in one of his conversations that them reaching the HQ was basically the hurdle which the countdown is leading to. It’s a small point and one I am not going to get hung up on I just feel like it would have been more suspenseful if they weren’t bringing it up at then end of every chapter. It almost reminds me of the 4 minutes Luffy needed to regain his Haki in One Piece. It’s been like 7 chapters and the count down started around 600 seconds or something. Hopefully something unexpected is about to happen and I am quite interested in why Osuma dying is the worst possible outcome (other than he is the Main Character).

Definitely want to know more about the Neighbors and other Neighborhoods. Looks like RIP Replica where I am at I wonder if they will be able to fix him now or in the future (don’t need to answer as I will find out soon)?

The invasion was pretty interesting I definitely like the teamwork aspect tot he battle especially since the Border agents were so outmatched one-on-one. The Neighbors are interesting as well and I really want to learn what their aim is. Seems to me that they take the children and turn them into soldiers for their army but I’m sure there is more to it than just that.

    19 more till 200

@Leptor When are you gonna read World Trigger?

  21. Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 4:52 am #

I wonder where Onyx is in regards to WT.

  22. Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 5:37 am #

Adding to this post of mine, in Ch. 95 Osamu also mentions about a new map “Exhibit Hall” So now we have two more choices for the next map apart from Cityscape, Riverside, Industrial Area. Those are Forest and Exhibit Hall. Which one do you think Suzunari will choose and why?

    • Vision - October 15, 2016 at 5:48 am #

Exhibit. Forest with lots of tree will be nuisance for other team as osamu will have wires all over the place.

Chapter 95 and the start of the rank wars is going out strong.

Kuga finally met his match with Kou. That is all, I don’t want to spoil more for Logic. :3

    • Tomodachi - October 15, 2016 at 5:55 am #

Going by your response I believe you have a positive opinion about the series and hopefully, like it. Can’t wait for you to catch up :D
