止めに入るはジンベイ。いい感じに燃やされて真っ黒に。

ガープを取り押さえるセンゴク。
「センゴク！ わしをおさえとけ！ そうでなければ、わしァ…サカズキを殺してしまう！」

「エース！ 死なねえって約束しただろ！？」
エース、ルフィにもたれ掛って、

Ｍｒ.３によって開放されたマルコ、ビスタ（だっけ？黒い帽子の奴）と赤犬に突撃。

マルコ、その指摘を否定できない。一瞬の油断を激しく後悔する。
船医が駆けつけるがエースは治療を拒否。
「自分の死期ぐらいわかる…。内臓を焼かれたんだ。助からねえ」
エース、回想を始める。
ゴールド・ロジャーとその血を呪う人々。

Akainu tries to finish off Ace. Damn the bastard.
Jinbei cuts in between them, and is burned to crisp.
Jinbei: I’ve already thrown away my life!
Sengoku stops Garp.
Garp: You better hold me down, Sengoku!! If not… I may kill Sakazuki!!
Sengoku: you fool…!
Luffy: Ace!! You promised me you won’t die!!
Ace leans on Luffy,
Ace: Sorry, you couldn’t save me…
Marco is freed by Mr3, and Marco and Vista both attack Akainu.
Akainu: Haki users eh? Well that’s troublesome… give up on Fire-fist, he’s done with.
Marco can’t deny that claim, and regrets letting his guard down
Ace flashback, people are cursing Gold Roger and his blood.
people: The final words of son of Gold Roger better be “I’m sorry I was born at all”!

Ace: I’m sorry about **** (sorry, some name I haven’t seen before, don’t recall). If you weren’t there, I don’t think I would have wanted to live.
Ace: Oh yeah, if you see Dadan, ask him how he’s doing. Even a guy like him… I miss him now.
Ace: I can’t raise my voice anymore… Luffy, you tell everyone.

Whitebeard has tears in his eyes, remembering how he met Ace.

The chapter starts with everyone astonished.
Garp tells Sengoku he better stop me now, or I will kill Sakazuki.
Sengoku does so. Marco and Vista attacks Akainu.
Akainu says Haki users eh? This is troublesome, and attacks Ace again. Jinbei stops the attack.
flashback of Ace and Luffy. Ace says he misses even someone like Dadan now, thanks for the love he recieved.
The vivre card burns out. Luffy is seen with expression never seen before. end.
Trivia: Ace is the only “D.” character thus far to have been offered a position as a Shichibukai. However, he declined the offer while Marshall D. Teach, his former subordinate, suggested himself to join its ranks.

I hope it plays out that Luffy using Haki beats Akainu to an inch of his life and then Garp appears and akainu turns for help but then gets his skull punched in.

I know Ace is the big topic right now, but im curious as to what people want to see in the next chapters given what happened this one. Personally, I’d still like to see a tenth straw-hat get added to the crew at the end of this. If it doesn’t happen then it feels like Luffy completely failed to do anything (even though he did attack both impel down and marineford)and the whole arc just showed his epic failure.
As for who would be added, I still think Hancock is the best fit. Ace is obviously now out of the question and Jimbei seems a lot less likely. Another Main Question: How the hell are they all going to get out of there!?

anyways i find it hard to believe that some one like Ace can have his internal organs burnt as he is made of fire. Someone said that its cause he made his body physical to protect luffy. But isn’t it weird, i mean u can’t change ur body as u want once u have eaten devil’s fruit. Take example of Luffy there are many instances when he got hit by bullet and he wasn’t aware of it but as his body is made of rubber he always remain unharmed. Same goes for Ace he was hit by bullet by BB’s ARCHER(:P) but no harm. Whatever be the outer appearance once u have eaten devil fruit u cannot change ur body’s property whether u like it or not then how did his internal organs get burned out???
In the next chapter Luffy will most likely be out cold, maybe fall down and just freeze there. And the marines will most likely try to kill him while the pirates will desperately try to save him and take Ace’s body. Then Whitebeard will go crazy and resume his plan of stayin to die so the rest can go.
And it really pisses me off to see ppl swearin Oda for Ace’s death -.- …. grow up !
Can ace really be dead? I don’t think oda,is going to cut off a character of that magnitude.Iva might give Ace some Emporio Vigour Hormone and he could be back on his feet in no time.I would be really pissed if Ace died.
Sadly..i think this is it for the whitebeard pirates.. I think they are gonna stay behind and fight with only a few actually escaping…like luffy, Mr 3, Buggy, cause right now i don’t even see a point for them to even be in the story anymore… The whole crew is a relic of the past and to me it makes sense if they all fight to the death there..
I really hate to say this, but I think you’re right. This meant everything to them and they failed. Also, I think Whitebeard would rather die now fighting, then later from his injuries (the nurses told him he shouldn’t even be walking, remember). Without Ace or Whitebeard, the whitebeard pirates have no purpose, so I agree that it would make sense for them to all fight to the death there.

and your right one piece has always been easy going comedy except for really dramatic moments but it was lacking the death of main characters, every good anime has to have deaths that allow the main title character to ascend. as for who may join his crew i agree that jimbei would have been a logical addition mostly since they were going to fishman island next so i could have seen that but hancock makes sense from a comedic standpoint but can they really place two people of that power level on the same ship, i assume that hancock is stronger than luffy at this point. so i think the next crew mate could be a fishman i dont think jimbei may be dead completely so i hope its him if not it will be another fishman most likely.
another thing i do think its possible for luffy to use his haki again but this time on a more direct target like akainu maybe hitting him with a jet gattling or a new move entirely, but it may be more likely that dragon or a yonkou comes maybe shanks to aid in there escape, possibly if its dragon maybe take the opportunity to cripple the world government with the death of one of their admirals maybe, guess thats what i hope happens.
another out there question, i wonder how much longer one pice will run? i estimate another 5 years maybe to give coby the chance to become stronger and luffy the chance to reach even greater levels, they still have alot of questions to answer like luffy and all of his other possible opponents, zoro defeating mihawk, finding out the history for robin, dragon and his role, finding one piece if it even exists, and i dont know if its just me but i want to see the old guys of the world government fight.
